The service was really good. Esther taught my daughter how to use eye contacts and she loves them. She was very kind and helpful to us. The staff was also kind too. I recommend this place to anyone who needs eye glasses or contacts!
Jalissa, Noemen, and Dr. Karsan did an amazing job with my 17-year-old son who was reluctant to go through the process. They all had a great attitude, patient, and great service. I look forward to returning to get my eye exam and glasses.
My daughter went to get her prescription renewed and contacts for the first time and Esther the contact lense specialist was amazing. She was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I feel like she went way above what was expected. I would definitely recommend America's Best to friends and family needing glasses or contacts.
Went in earlier this week to see if a pair of glasses could be fixed. NO! Is what I was told. Made an appointment for a new pair and when I mentioned I wanted a pair fixed when checking out Aline said let me check for you . We should be able to. She did fix them and I still bought two pair of glasses! Appreciate she going above and beyond to help!!! ???????? No one seems to do that anymore.
Aline was amazing with her customer service. Her calming and stoicism made me comfortable & confident that she was the right one to help me. She was able to help me pick frames without neglecting me, while able to assist another customer. Aline made picking out frames a great experience. Paola came into the picture to help assist on my frames as well. Paola was decisive and superb on helping me pick frames out. This was extremely refreshing and they have a continued customer from me. Thank yall a bunch!
