I went in for an eye exam for colored contacts. I've never worn contacts before, but I'm a cosplayer and I wanted to give it a try this year.
They had me come in for a contact class of sorts. I worked with Regan, and she was so encouraging and enthusiastic even when I got discouraged. It was really difficult for me to learn how to put my contacts in, but she was never impatient with me. I had to come back later in the day to try again, and I finally learned how to put them in!
Everyone here is so nice and supportive. Totally recommend!
I've never had an eye exam, nor had glasses in the past. I was unsure of what to expect. However, the employees at the Orem location we're so kind and helpful. They assisted my granddaughter and I through the entire process and made it completely painless and a lot less confusing than it could have been. Extremely clean store and Grace, the woman who helped us pick out our glasses made sure that we kept on our budget. The manager of the store was very thoughtful and made sure we had the best experience possible. This is a clean store that is very well organized and was a pleasure to visit. I will definitely recommend America's Best in Orem to everyone I know that needs glass.
Jordan has helped my husband and I twice and had always been great! My husband got some new glasses and jordan helped assist. I came in later in the appointment to order new glasses because I misplaced my old glasses. Jordan was able to pull up my previous information and order the exact glasses I lost.
This is one of the best places to get glasses they always have the best deals and save me so much money! Caitlin was the best she helped me so much and was so nice and helped me pick the cutest glasses for me personally she’s the best! Go see Caitlin! Also eye doctor Winward is awesome and super helpful he made my exam really easy and comfortable I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this americas best for eye glasses they really care and I love that! ????????
Terrible service, waited for 45 min for an eye doctor to answer a zoom call and had to repeat an eye test that involved a flashlight being flashed right into my eyes because the employee was messing up, the zoom call was 6-7 minutes long, last employee i paid with was also being condescending with me when I told her I didnt know what she was talking about. Just terrible service i would recommend somewhere else
I had an incredible experience with my sales rep Meghan, she helped me effectively decide on 2 great pairs of glasses that I have loved the past few months. Thank you for the knowledgeable guidance, it has made working on a computer all day much easier!
Everyone was nice, but the product is absolute garbage. The glasses that I got make my vision substantially worse than it is without glasses. I have had the glasses for less than 30 days ( the told me that there was a 30-day return policy) but apparently your 30 days start counting down before you actually get your glasses. So it took them two weeks to get me the glasses, so half of my 30-day window was burned while they made the glasses. Now I’m stuck with 400.00 of garbage plastic.
Been coming here for awhile over the years. Always gotten the extra tests to make sure my eyes were doing good. Turns out that was all a lie.
Went and got those same tests somewhere else and turns out I had an astigmatism. I just thought the contacts I was getting were dry or randomly uncomfortable due to faults of my own. Nope.
Not sure how long I've had this for, but it doesn't just happen overnight and I've been having problems with contacts for years.
Never again AB.
Go somewhere else, these people can't be trusted.
