She made picking out a new pair of glasses easy and fun, and her recommendations were spot on. Highly recommend visiting and asking for Kinsleigh if you want excellent customer service!
I went to this location last week to get an updated prescription. I have needed glasses since I was a child so I have done this many times with different offices. This was the first time someone took the time to explain in detail all the additions that could be added to my lens and the best way to use my eye insurance. At first I thought this was just another quick visit just exam, pick frame, get a price and leave. Carmen took the time to make sure I got the best deal without giving up the quality of the frames. If you want someone who will actually take their time to help you pick your frames and go over your insurance with you ask for Carmen.She truly cares about her customers and wants them to leave happy.
I took my 70 year old father to America’s Best for his first ever experience getting an eye exam and glasses. He has terrible anxiety when it comes to trying new things and I was worried how it would all go over for him. Carmen surpassed all expectations helping us. She made us both feel extremely at ease and comfortable. She helped us pick out the best frames and lenses for our preferences and budget and found a way to save us money which is always a plus for a senior citizen on ss. In this day and age it was completely refreshing to meet someone who was not only great at their job but really touched our hearts as human beings. Meeting her was such a blessing for our souls and I know we will be back to see her even if we don’t have any vision needs. It would be wonderful just to say hey to her. In short, Carmen was wonderful!
Customer service was amazing from start to finish. We interacted with so many employees and every single one was pleasant and joyful. They made us laugh a lot and just made it a very comfortable experience. Sarah was particularly helpful and great! I honestly can’t remember the last time I experienced such great customer service. They made a regular out of me. Will definitely be back for our next eye needs.
First attempt for glasses order, Am Best got the prescription/frame wrong. Am Best ordered the correct prescription for appropriate glasses. After waiting an additional two weeks for second order, I contacted Am Best to ask about ETA for second order, and was told they are in transit. A week later, I didn’t hear from Am Best, so I called and found out they somehow got lost in transit. I was told it would be an additional two weeks for the reorder. They offered a refund and they would cancel the order. I told the employee that the glasses were needed, so they reordered again and told me it would be an additional two weeks for the order. I asked if the glasses order could be expedited because we had to wait so long for Am Best errors, and I didn’t receive a positive response.
Our mistake for using a national franchise that doesn’t seem to care about the customer.
I was able to make an appt the same week and had the best customer service with Derrick!!! He was a huge help picking out frames that matched my skin tone/face structure. He was kind, knew the product, honest about the price and didn’t try and sell me stuff I didn’t need. Highly recommend going to this location and requesting him to help you pick out your next glasses.
Just picked up my 2 pairs of glasses. Carmen went above and beyond in helping me choose my perfect frames. I love my new sunglasses (for driving) and my new progressives for everything else. Carmen helped me pick the best frames for my narrower face. I never would have thought of that. She was very patient, let me try on many pairs and helped me make great choices! She is very helpful, and made choosing the right glasses lots of fun.
