I had a great experience and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Great prices and didn't even have to use my insurance. I will be back for sure. Made my appointment online and had very little wait.
Excellent service! I was referred to them by a girl from work and easily schedule an appointment online for me and my teenage son. Monica did the initial tests and was super nice! Dr. Sorriano was very nice and thorough as well! Carla helped us finalize our glasses choice and with checked out. It was great service from start to finish and you can’t beat the price! Will definitely be back!
Just left from a Great visit.! First time doing remote visit but absolutely enjoyed that. Almost the same as a person visit. Ladies that helped me were great in both eye exam rooms! Forgot to get their names but I did catch last lady Miss Candance R. Thank y’all for making my visit great????????.!
Dr. Helms was terrific! During my care we both found a mixup and she calmly and professionally corrected it and proceeded to continue my care with accuracy and respectful consideration of all! I will return to see Dr. Helms! Thank you!
It was our first time here at the Lakeworth location. My 9 year broke her glasses and we needed assistance asap. Candance the first employee who helped us I forgot her name and the female doctor (Asian) were so sweet and personable. They made us feel comfortable and they made my daughter feel calm and good. Candance was amazing and nice and so sweet. Candance and team thank you so much we will be back soon!
I had a great experience, starting from the front..the back (Mia) was great! She explained everything and made me feel comfortable. And at the end (Candance) has the perfect personality for this. Because I believe you should finish strong and she accomplished just that!
Came here since I was referred by a friend from work. I was very grateful and pleased with the service not only the ladies at the reception were amazing. Everyone is beyond welcoming , friendly and courteous . When it came to choosing my glass lenses and frames Ashley was truly amazing. Her knowledge and attention to every detail was amazing. FYI everyone is super friendly but Ashley truly is amazing .
Been coming here since they opened this branch and it's always clean, and everyone is always very friendly. Dr. Soriano was very friendly, professional, and he answered all my questions. Rachel was super helpful and informative when she gave me my contacts. If you haven't given them a go yet, I highly recommend.
