Best WLM Reviews
I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the amazing customer service I experienced during my recent visit. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes, which is quite impressive. The atmosphere felt very homey and had a warm, family vibe that made me feel welcomed.
Please extend my gratitude to your team for their hard work and dedication. Keep up the good work, friends!
I had a wonderful experience, so grateful for the staff. Dr Jahal, Shaquana the manager, the tech and Daniela who cashed me out. Best experience in a very long time. I highly recommend their services to anyone who needs eye care.
Everyone was great. I got all my questions answered. Ayanna was very nice and patient with my daughter and she explained everything to me step by step. The doctor and her tech were also amazing best staff I’ve ever worked with. They made my daughter feel comfortable.
Ayanna did an AMAZING job this morning. It was super busy and although she may have felt overwhelmed, she took her time and made sure that everyone was serviced timely and appropriately. Quincy was also very helpful during this time as well. This duo held the store down for sure !
Ayanna was great in helping me find what glasses I needed, adjusted them to fit me correctly and made sure I understood the pricing of each item within my Bill. I could not have asked for better customer service!
I have been coming to this place for about six years and i remembered the last time that i been here was 2022 and was going to be my last time. I was due my annual glasses check up so i tried these people one more last time only because i remembered that when i came back one time with my husband the atmosphere had changed from ugly to now very pleasant and staff was very friendly this time especially the staff Daquan he was very knowledgeable , gentle and knew exactly what he was doing to make my eye exam a very pleasant appointment for me. And especially SHAQUANNA OMG SHE DEFINITELY made me give this story a five star. she assisted me with picking out my glasses and was also very knowledgeable with the selection of the store glasses. This time around appointment was a wonderful experience with the selection of my glasses and i will definitely be back here to do my eye exam again and refer my friends and family to this establishment of Philly on the boulevard. I can’t wait to get my new glasses . ????????????????????

My experience was amazing. Very polite staff and most definitely the best baby sitters there. I was there with my two daughters and 2 year old son. He was giving me a hard time, you know the terrible twos, and they came to me with help to calm him down. Walked around with him, talked with him, They even bust out the crayons and cute owl coloring sheets. I wanna thank Ayanna, Shaquanna, Quincy, Bianca. They’re the best staff to service you. By the way the doctors are amazing and they explained every detail perfectly fine. Americas best at Roosevelt Blvd. is the place to go.
