This America's Best did an amazing job for me!! From start to finish. I was diagnosed with cataracts. But was reassured if any time my vision changed, do not hesitate to come back. While ordering, Erica placed everything I needed to improve my vision, especially at night. You really do not have to go to the "high" end places to meet your vision needs!! This was my ten year old son first eye exam and our first time coming here and the overall experience was Wonderful. He was nervous at first, but Dr. Hilton and Sales Associates Kat made this experience so easy and so smooth. We were in and out! Great customer service. Very laid back! This is a very welcoming environment. I have to give them both Five stars!!!!
I was a little frustrated due to the remote wait time but from the time I got there to the time I left Kee made sure I was taken care of. I really appreciate superior customer service and knowledge. She’s a wonderful asset to company.
Ciera was AMAZING!!! Very helpful, friendly, and great convo as she helped with my checkout! She was able to help me bring my $1,800+ balance to more than half the amount. She even helped me to go out of my comfort zone and purchase a new shape frame and color for my first time. I’m excited for my purple frames. Thanks Ciera for your great customer service. Who doesn’t love a black professional?? Dr. Jodi Corley has the best “chair side” manner! I always enjoy being in her presence and asking her my many questions about my exams and images. She is a teacher and you can tell she enjoys her career and teaching her patients. Forever supporting my black health care providers! Shoutout to you Dr. Corley!! Always a pleasure. Always!

I had the best experience at americas best on Sheila Lane today that I had to write a review! When I walked in the door, Monica greeted me with excellent customer service I was checked in and sent straight back to The tech Rhiannon And she was extremely thorough, nice and informative. I only waited about one minute before the doctor called me back. It was the first time I saw Dr. Hylton And man was I impressed. She was so nice And so educated and Provided me with clear information and the process was short and simple! Sharia The assistant manager also greeted me and was amazing. I couldn’t have had a better experience at the eye doctor! If you need glasses or contacts, you should definitely check out americas best on Sheila Lane!!!

Although I had a little tough experience when I came into America’s Best, Jereemy made that experience disappear. He was very nice and he took his time to make sure I had the best customer experience. He also saved me money on my contacts. The eye doctor and tech were very nice. I would come back because of Jereemy.
The only issue I had was with the optometrist that saw me, Kaitlyn Hilton. From the time I walked into the exam room it seemed like she was annoyed/over it - and it wasn’t even 10am. She was frustrated that I hadn’t had an eye exam in several years, which is fair. But instead of talking with me about why I hadn’t and then moving forward with the exam, she immediately got an attitude with me and kept talking down to me. At one point I stopped and asked her if she was ok, because I was not comfortable with the way she was talking at me and demanding that I show her my current contacts. She was like this for the remainder of the exam, and didn’t even try to explain what we were doing/the exam process. She just rushed through the whole thing and would then get angry with me every time I asked a question/asked for clarification. Maybe if providers treated patients with more empathy and genuine care, we wouldn’t go years without seeing them. The other optometrist (who I wish l had been seen by) seemed very kind and spoke to me while I was in the waiting room. So I would suggest seeing the other optometrists at this location, if possible.
