I am always taken care of when I come into this store. Whether it’s for an eye exam or just to tighten my glasses. Especially by the young man up front, Louie. Louie has done an amazing job always greeting the customers with a smile and a warm welcome. He is quick to help with any issue or concern you might have with ease. Louie is an expert at his job, and has the best customer skills I’ve ever seen. Always glad to see his face when I walk through that door!

I went to the Killeen location and was helped by Kennedy. She was super nice and gave me a 25% discount. Also, the Doctor was awesome and gave me a lot of information and suggestions to keep my vision on point and suggested vitamins to take.
Isiah was excellent helping me to chose my glasses since I cant focus to well without glasses. And he was so patience with me explaining and answering all my concerns.
Matthew was very friendly, helped me navigate using my insurance to get me the best products at the best prices, and even assisted with choosing frames. Top notch service that I haven’t experienced at many other places. I’m very happy with my experience with getting new glasses and contacts.

American's Best Contacts and Eyeglasses is located between Five Below and Ross in Market Heights shopping center.
There was no line, but appointments are suggested if you want faster service with eye exam. Currently if you purchase 2 frames your eye exam is free. There are many frame selections and pricing variety is good.
They do not take Medicare, Medicaid or Tricare, but with the exams being free with the purchase of 2 frames (frames and lenses not being covered by insurance anyway) it's a great value.
The staff was pleasant, quick, and very knowledgeable. I recommend this location for glasses and contacts and exams 100 percent.
I had really Great Customer Service from Jaleesa,Ashley&Jasmin.They helped me pick out some beautiful designer frames.They gave me friendly,quick,service.They were very kind &patient.They really care about their customers,&do a Great Job!
