Service from all staff was great! Dr Lee was kind, patient and knowledgeable. And best of all, the price was true, didn’t need insurance with current deal of 2 pairs of glasses for $79(single vision, no add-ons). Found cute frames and just have to wait 2 weeks. It’s so affordable, a gem for us folks who need a deal.

I’ve been coming to this location for years , I always get my contacts and my glasses here. Never had any issues. And the ladies at the front are always sweet and friendly. And the eye drs are very informative and answer all your questions.
Ms Lawanda is the absolute best. She is very professional, caring, patient, and kind. I am a very indecisive person, and could not decide what I wanted, but she was very patient with me. I am happy to say she helped me find what I needed and wanted, and I left very happy. Thank you Ms Lawanda!!

DO NOT COME HERE!!!Worst expierence ever , honestly everyone that works in the front have no good customer service , besides that my biggest complaint is on the OPTICIAN FIRST she tried to over charge me , I asked her to help me understand why it was so much I initially was supposed to pay 135 she was trying to charge me 200 talking about the computer accidentally added some additional charges I honestly feel like she was trying to pocket money , that’s what her energy was giving to me , second I asked her to repeat to me what exactly am I paying for she repeated it with an attitude , I told her that they are all unprofessional in there and she says “Well I repeated it to you 2 times and you act like you don’t understand “ so I said you know what just cancel my order and she said “Good I will “ I asked for my prescription and she said no cause I haven’t payed for it I said ok ima pay for that part and she started doing something in the computer I felt like she was going to change something on there do to her being upset. So I was never mind at this point I don’t trust you, “ she said good I’m glad you canceled now good bye “ basically telling me to get and she starts talking crap to her co workers and laughing at me as I walk out. Yall be aware if you all decide to go here she’s the OPTICIAN with all the moles in her face. DefinitelyDONOT recommend this place.
Please don't waste your time here. I ran out of contacts so I called up and spoke to someone who said I could get a sample pair to hold me off till my exam. The next day I stopped by and the front desk people refused to give me a pair. Wouldn't even sell me a pair. They were trying to make me buy a 6 month supply for 160! When I refused that they said I could do an eye exam for 69. At that moment I asked them to print my prescription and cancel my exam I had scheduled later that week. I went right across the street and was able to buy a sample pair for 20 bucks.... So sad they they lure you in with a cheap exam then refuse to help you when you need it.
