April with Americas Best was the best. She made our visit sweet, quick and easy. The price with my insurance and the program AB offers made my 2 sets of contacts for 4 months be at a price thats affordable, $106. Plus my lenses $80. The exam was $145. She was understanding, professional, and sociable with me and my 5 yr okd daughter who kept testing me a bit. Baby changing tables in the restrooms! I recommend Americas Best and I recommend speaking with April when you go. : )
Keri took great care of us ( wife & I ) very personable, warm and caring. Great customer-service skills and was adept at navigating unexpected changes with the implementation of new technological processes. She did not allow that to ruin our experience, for that we are grateful ????????
Absolutely awesome staff! Kerri started me off with her humor and professionalism during the exam. Then Cheyenne walked me through selecting my frames and making amazing suggestions for upgrades that suited me. She didn't "oversell" me, but listened to my needs and made great suggestions. Excellent staff! And the doc was great too!
3 weeks after ordering my glasses I called to check on the status. The glasses were not there and the employee promised to find out where they were and call me back, but they didn’t call. I waited another week and called again. Hours later the employee called back saying the lab had lost the glasses, so they offered to resubmit the order, saying it would be an additional 2 weeks to make the glasses and promised a 50% refund as compensation for the inconvenience. It took more than 2 weeks for the glasses to come in, and the frames were bent and the prescription didn’t seem correct. I asked about the 50% refund and had to wait 20 minutes to speak to a manager, but they said I would need to come back the next day to speak with the other manager. By that time I had lost my faith that anyone at the store would take responsibility for the issue so I gave the glasses back and asked for a full refund. Even though I had paid for the glasses up front in cash, I was told the refund would be issued as a check and it would take up to 3 weeks to process the refund.
Anahí was such a lovely help! She was patient and kind, and provided us with good and thorough information with our inquiries and doubts on our new glasses, and the bilingual customer service was so refreshing to hear! Will definitely be coming back!
This was my first visit ever at America’s best. Personnel was very friendly. The representative April was very professional. I was impressed with her Customer service skills and Her ability to manage Situations when asked by other sales representatives, she was awesome. She work with me and was so patient and kind. America best out-of-pocket cost was very affordable.

Cheyenne and Krista were incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. They showed such patience with all my questions, making me feel valued and understood. I truly appreciate their support and will definitely return to see these wonderful young ladies again! Thank you so much!
This was the most unprofessional and unsanitary eye exam I’ve ever experienced. When I first arrived, the machine used to blow air into my eye was covered in fingerprints. I had to ask for it to be cleaned, and the technician wiped it down with something that smelled strongly of vinegar, leaving it wet. He then told me to press my face against it, and I had to ask for a towel so I wouldn’t get vinegar on my skin.
The other equipment was just as filthy—there was full-face makeup left from a previous patient on the tools. When I asked for it to be cleaned, the optometrist handed me a towelette and made me clean it myself. It was so dirty that one towelette wasn’t even enough to get it clean.
The so-called “eye exam” was just as bad. Instead of asking me which lens was clearer during the vision test, the optometrist told me, “This one’s clearer” or “This one’s not,” completely skipping the process where I, as the patient, provide input. It wasn’t even a real exam—he essentially guessed at my prescription and handed me the exact same one I had two years ago, despite my concerns that none of the lenses he showed me looked clear. When I mentioned this, he brushed me off and told me to use eye drops.
My insurance only covers one eye exam a year, and this visit was a complete waste of it. To top it off, the optometrist rushed out of the office before I even left, clearly more concerned about leaving for the day than providing proper care.
