I had an outstanding experience at this office! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly lady at the front desk who promptly confirmed my appointment and made the check-in process seamless. Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit.
While I didn’t end up purchasing glasses this time, I highly recommend working with Bree if you’re in the market for new lenses. She has an amazing personality that transforms what could be a mundane process into something genuinely enjoyable. The entire staff deserves a 10/10 for their exceptional service. I’ll definitely be returning!
Just called to schedule and appointment and took 4 different calls to actually get an appointment scheduled! I was left on hold for over 20 minutes with no warning that I was being put in hold just a silent 20 min waiting for someone to get back to the phone. Once I was able to actually talk to someone without being put on hold, the girl who answered was extremely rude! When I told her I had called earlier and was just put in hold she responded “well we’re short staffed today so when did you want the appointment for?” I understand being short staffed can be frustrating but these girls definitely need some customer service courses to learn how to treat patients!
When I first walk in the lady in the front desk was very nice in assisting me . I didn’t have to wait long every thing went as an easy flow . The doctor was very sweet and help me me with any question I needed . Jackie she was very patience and sweet very understanding . Willing to help in Frame . I love America Best !!!!
Bad experience from beginning to end. The wait-time was ridiculous each time I went. The optometrist was frustrated with the scheduling and told me so. My husband and I were scheduled to be the last appointments and we did not receive proper customer service due to them rushing. A lot of information was not shared and they chose a basic package for me. When I went to pick up my contacts, there was a lack of communication amongst workers and they had no idea that I never received a pair. When I went to pick up my glasses I was disappointed with how they looked, the worker was extremely rude and asked me why didn’t I choose what I wanted I explained that it wasn’t offered she basically called me a liar by saying “I know for a fact that it was offered because I have been with them before when they have told other people and I’m sure they told you." I asked her was she there she replied "no but I know they asked you because we have to."There was no I’m sorry that happen, this is what we can do, what would like to do or nothing. I asked for a refund. When I went back for the refund the manager was kind but the wait was still long.
I came in today to purchase glasses and was greeted as soon as I walked in. I was really indecisive of what I wanted and Bree was there to help me choose the perfect pair of glasses for me! Thank you for the amazing customer service, I definitely recommend coming here to get your glasses.

She was incredibly helpful in honoring my warranty, allowing me to get a new pair of glasses without any hassle. Her customer service was top-notch—she was friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. I highly recommend Sidney for her outstanding service!
I recently went there to go get my eyes, checked and get new glasses and the person that really helped me was out was Bree. She was really nice and really patient with me. I was picking The glasses I like and since I’m really picky, I took a while to choose so she was really nice about that. Since I went with my mom, she explained the process about the glasses and what she suggests. So if you ever need to get your glasses or need to get your eyes checked up, I suggest to ask for Bree.
Front desk receptionist was very rude . She didn’t speak , keep me updated or anything I had to consistently go to her . I expected a higher level of customer service from this place . I hope moving forward the issue is addressed and provide training to ensure better training for others .
