Iris truly made my day that I had to write this review. Getting glasses especially with insurance can be a drawn out, stressful process but we had such a great time with Iris that the time flew right on by.
Iris was knowledgeable, capable, and kind …but that’s not what made the experience 5 stars. It was the small things. She asked my son questions, she shared her family stories, she understood and respected my budget constraints, and we genuinely had a few belly laughs together.
It’s staff members like Iris that keep your customers happy. Wishing Iris an amazing career and thanking Americas Best for employing great staff.

I called in first thing in morning spoke with Brenda. She was super informative and helpful. She was able to get me in for an appointment 2 hours later. When I got there she was so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. I have already recommend her to people and will continue to do so.
This was by far the best eyeglass exam place I have ever been to! Everyone here is amazing! Iris was so welcoming from the very start and each and every person here obviously enjoys working here. You can tell by their great moods and attitudes! So refreshing to see people working together so harmoniously!
Ive been going to the Alliance location for a few years now and the staff is friendly and accommodating. But Nevaeh, was the best! Very friendly and she helped me to pick out the perfect frames. Thank you!
