Excellent customer service. Special shoutout to George and Ivette! I went to America's best to price out my options. They weren't in network, so I went to a nearby Vision Works. Even though Visions Works was in network they were crazy expensive. I immediately went back to America's Best! George was fantastic both visits! He was extremely kind, patient, professional and thorough! He walked me through everything, and I appreciate his customer service so much that I knew when I came back, I would ask for him. Ivette did a great job as well when I arrived to pick up my glasses (only took a week to come). She so pleasant. Great customer service really does make a difference. I was excited to come back and happy with the quality of the glasses I picked.
The staff is amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly, kind, personable - all working together to help patients/customers. Leanna helped me so much picking out frames (there are so many choices, and I need progressive lenses). George knows about insurance plans and discounts (like Military discount), Jordan eye tech is a brilliant young man who has studied psychics and now electrical engineering. Dr. Factor is professional and thorough. I had an excellent experience at America's Best on 9/17/24. Can't wait to pick up my new glasses!
Horrible experience at this place. After spending over $450.00 on new pairs of glasses, I asked if they would provide me with a tiny screw to refasten an old pair. I was rebuffed. If the glasses were not bought at America's Best, I was informed, they would be unable to repair my old pair. I later bought a repair kit for $1.50 and it took me about 2 minutes to repair.
What a bunch of losers! Never will I return to this despicable place full of rude and abrupt employees.
I had an incredible experience at America's Best Contacts and Glasses! I was able to schedule a last-minute appointment just 45 minutes out, and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff, including Dayana and Yvette, who were both super helpful and welcoming. The positive energy in this location is so refreshing—it's not something you often find in healthcare appointments, where staff can sometimes seem like they don’t want to be there. Here, everyone was genuinely kind and happy to assist.
Dr. Lori Facktor, who handled my eye exam, went above and beyond to ensure I got the right contact lenses with my updated prescription. I really appreciated her extra care and attention. Overall, this location has a great vibe, and I’ll definitely be returning for future visits. Highly recommend!
The young lady who assisted me, Lina, was amazing. Her contagious smile and bubbly attitude really made my experience here great. Always great to be severed glasses from a beautiful woman.

Very clean and helpful staff. I got 2 pairs of glasses for real affordable prices and once I come to fix staff are very friendly especially Lance he always help me out thank you so much again.
