The staff greeted me immediately upon entry. DeDe was very professional, friendly, helpful and assisted me with all of my concerns. Jenn and Nicole were also prompt, friendly, and professional. It is so nice to know customer service greatness still happens as shown with my visit. Thank you! :)
Had the best experience at the America’s best in Hampton. I had the lovely experience of being helped by an awesome associate whose name is DeDe she went above and beyond to make sure me and my daughter who already had prescriptions left with new glasses and a big smile on our face. She was down to earth, she had great customer service, and also worked with us to make sure we understood how both our insurance’s covered our new frames. She made the experience more than pleasurable and it was a honor having her assist us! Thank again for great customer service!
Haven't updated my vision in 5 years and Nicole, bless her, helped me pick out the perfect glasses for my kind of vision. She waited to take her lunch (which i feel bad about) and I'm so grateful that she waited and helped me. Nicole gave honest opinions and helped me find a good style along with the right type of glasses for my specific lenses. She gave me a lot of tips and loved the experience of being here. I had a wonderful experience here, I was helped by a very sweet person who helped me find glasses that both fit my head and looked decent on me as well as bearing with me while I had 0 idea about what safety glasses I needed and helped me figure out and once again find ones that fit. Everyone there seemed very friendly and I would recommend this location.
This place is the worst. Receptionist is very rude. Doesn’t tell you how much you owe to after the exam. Didn’t ask for insurance before the exam. I would not have stayed if I knew they were out of network. The lady checking me out was very rude. Will tell all my friends to never go there
Them knowing they were having technical issues, kept my 80yo father and myself there for two hours and leaving without a prescription or glasses. Rescheduled for three weeks later. Will not be going back.

I came to this location with a friend for her recent exam & process and I was so impressed with Sherise's customer service and professionalism I would absolutely come here for my future eye services. Great experience! I haven't been to an eye doctor in years and needed to get glasses for the first time. The staff was kind and extremely helpful in helping me pick out a set that would fit my budget. Good to also know they offer remote appointments. My work schedule is chaotic and it's great I can get an easy and flexible appointment if I need it.
