Upon my arrival, I was greeted by this young lady (Leah) who displayed the best customer experience that I’ve ever encountered. From Leah, Dr. LaTorian King, and other counterparts they made the experience seamless. They were able to help me with Q/A that other Eye care centers weren't able to assist me with before. Exam, 2 pairs of glasses, and a great conversation…in and out within 45 minutes. Thank you America’s Best…May God Bless You All. Lord’s will; I will see you next year. ????????????????????????
Glasses came back as promised, but prescription wasn’t as accurate as expected. Leah at your Cedar Hill, TX was very accommodating and attentive. I’m just taking the glasses back today to get the prescription checked. Blurry visuals on both glasses.
I came to get my glasses adjusted and Leah was so helpful. She took the time to see exactly what the problem was and fixed it on her 1st try. She was polite and patient and even laughed at my corny jokes. I walked out with glasses that fit and a smile.
I found the cutest and the most cost Effective prescription sunglasses and prescription glasses That I have ever found in any other eyeglass store! Everyone that assisted me in the location that was themed with the ogre and Fiona and the Piggly Wiggly and the fairy godmother for Halloween the location on 67 within the target shopping center I believe they were the greatest employees ever they help me pick up my glasses, they were patient with me Because I had like to choose from there were so many that I liked! This was the best experience ever!!!

Was told 2 pair of glasses was 48 with my insurance. Glasses in the establishment are old and outdated styles so I bought my own which they charged triple the original price I was quoted. Was told they'd both be ready between the 17th and 19th it os now the 21st and when I call they tell me only one pair is done. They said they were checking the tracking on the other pair. But they returned to the phone only to say "I don't know what to tell you" Never again will I step foot in any Americas best your products as well as services are outdated it doesn't take this long to get glasses in 2024. And save the automated response, your not going to really address the issues anyway
Been going here for years and no issues whatsoever, until I got a new doctor and she is rude and impatient. She got my glasses prescription wrong the first time and had to get my exam/ glasses redone. Which is fine, no issues. We are human after all. However, she had an attitude and I felt very rushed again. You would think she would be concerned/ considerate about my issue after having to come back again. All the other staff were great and welcoming.
Luckily my contact prescription hasn’t changed. I always ordered my contacts online with no issues, but this doctor is keep rejecting my contact details as incorrect. Next time I will NOT go with or recommend Nha Phan, very disappointed and exhausted of this experience.
Will update once I receive my new glasses. ????
Horrrrrrrible exam contacts was all the way wrong. I couldn't see anything.......They didn't even call me for the contacts / glasses I had to keep calling them just not professional at alllllll.. I feel I wasted my exam.. that I have to redo in January because they were paid for nothing....
