Aidan Garza was an amazing person and made us feel comfortable while being there while waiting and he was very helpful. I really wanna express how much he helped with us with the wait he was very nice and it was enjoyable to talk to and made it were me and my family want to keep going to that location
I'm very happy with the service I recieved! The manager always goes above and beyond for my family. The selection of glasses is also always great, even the lower priced glasses are super cute. I would highly recommend this location.????
I was happy with the service and the people that work there are nice and professional but I'm extremely disappointed in my glasses and I thought that I would like them but I think I'm going to stick to contacts and through my insurance they told me to go to Total Vision. There was a lot of bad reviews but they were from like 3 or 4 years ago. So I'm going to give him a chance! ????????
The lack of patient care and communication the doctor here (Dr. Endo) offers is unmatched.
He asked, “What is this really about?” Completely dismissing the description of my eye pain… and then admitted he thought I was just coming in for vehicle tint!?! After replying that I was not interested in such, he then was willing to discuss what the culprit could be.
I don’t want to discredit the whole location as the front staff were all very accommodating and helpful and the store was well kept.
Honestly if your from west Texas and on the lower side of the money spectrum this is the perfect place, even if you’re not! They charge $69 for an eye exam and they have nice humble doctors for the last 5 years they have chosen wonderful doctors especial doctor edwin. The staff is great and I hardly see new faces and when I do they are very well selected. This place really is the best in the west!
Aidan was an absolutely amazing helper! Made sure there was no confusion and went through all of the pricing with us until we were happy with what we got! Extremely satisfied and will be back again! - it helped that he was pretty cute too;)
The worst service I only had one guy help me and when I paid over 200 for my glasses just for them to start cracking in the corners exactly 2 weeks later. Every time I call there’s never a manager present and I’m a first time customer. I’m stuck with these guys for 3 years now and I can’t get a replacement because there’s never a manager in when I call. Your better off going to Walmart to get glasses lol
They don’t try to help you they don’t care if you can get into see them. Everything is so expensive. Staff is just there to make a paycheck. I would not recommend this to anybody and you’re gonna pay more than the insurance covers way more.
