My pre-test and examine went fairly well and moved quickly. My exam started on time and the optometrist seemed knowledgeable.
However, the checkout process was a long wait! The process could be worked out a bit to ensure there is a balance of assisting customers, while being considerate of those that are waiting.
I would like to highlight Kate. She made sure to speak to customers as they walked in and balanced her time appropriately. She was polite, while still moving quickly to process my order and get me on my way.
I had a great experience during my recent contact lens appointment. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable. The optometrist I had Sara Lee was thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure I was fitted with the perfect pair of contact lenses for my needs. I really appreciated how patient she was with me. The entire process was smooth and efficient. I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of quality eye care and a great overall experience.
They were really kind and helpful. I really love my glasses! The CL class was very easy too! They are very accommodating and approachable, my son literally won’t stop until we do reviews about America’s Best. This place is highly recommended. And I can say that will be the place i will bring my whole family for eye exams, glasses and contact lenses.
I had a wonderful experience at this location, everything went smooth during my visit. I was a walk in, the very nice male receptionist was able to schedule me right away for my exam, the technician was very polite as well, Dr Ishak is great, he's very knowledgeable, professional and sweet. Finally, Sarah was amazing at check out. I will be back next year for my routine eye exam and glasses.

From calling to schedule an appointment to my actual exam and contact fitting, Americas Best in Woodbridge was amazing. They were able to fit me in for a same day appointment and explained the breakdown of costs so I knew what to expect. Each person I spoke to was friendly and helpful. Sara taught me how to put in and remove contacts and was AMAZING. She was so nice and patient and made me feel at ease. 10/10 will always come back to this Americas Best Contacts & Eyeglasses in Woodbridge.
First time at this location. Was surprised!!! Staff was very unprofessional! Staff openly and loudly talked across the room about how someone was suppose to come but he didn't. All employees looked our way. However, no one said, Nothing to effect of “ good morning, welcome, we will be with you”. Poor customer services!!! Only professional person we encountered. While she was in the middle of the exam with my daughter, Crystal, another staff member m kicked in the door interrupting, stating she would rather be in the room we were are occupying because her credentials are on the wall. I had to remind Crystal that Shannon was in the middle of examining my daughter. Crystal looked at me and walked out.
Things got a little better when we sat down with Evelyn, who checked us out. Even though she spoke fast, she explained and answered our questions.
Customer Service is vital especially when you expect repeat customers.
We’ve noticed a significant improvement in the staff overall. We go almost yearly and this has been the best experience so far.
Special appreciation to Evelyn, who has shown professionalism and ownership since day one. She was proactive and very responsive with some deliveries we had.
