This is the fastest eye Dr appointment I've ever been to. First time to this location, best one yet. The place is clean and everyone is very warm and welcoming. The Dr was quick, efficient and he was polite.The lady, Tammy helping me with my glasses is super sweet and patient. Highly recommend.
Sergio is an EXCELLENT manager! I sincerely appreciate him for going above and beyond in helping me with my contacts. He was very thorough and reached out to my insurance about my benefits. Sergio efficiently communicated with me and broke down my benefits that made it easy for me to understand. I am grateful for his assistance and willingness to advocate for me so that I was able to utilize my insurance’s full benefits. I will continue to come here, as long as Sergio is here as the manager.
Dr. Li is also very kind and thorough. Since coming here, my vision has been stable and has not worsened. He is quick, professional, and efficient.
I absolutely LOVE this America's Best! I moved a few years back and tried went to the one closest to me, and it was nothing like this one, so I made the drive just to go to this one in Lewisville on 3040.
Crystal helped both my mom and myself, and she is AMAZING. She was kind and greeted us with a warm smile, and she was patient, knowledgeable, and answered any and every question we had!
I will go back to this America's Best every single time!
I have been wearing and buying glasses and contacts for the last 25 years through different vendors in different states throughout the country. I have never had such a frustrating experience. Dr. Li, the optometrist was kind and helpful, which was the saving grace, allowing for the extra star, however the staff were rude, discourteous and unhelpful. I rarely put negative reviews but would not recommend this place.
From the moment I walked in I was greeted with smiles. All the ladies were extremely kind and helpful. Thank you to my tech Victoria who was just amazing, and the sweet young lady who checked me out Norma. Last but certainly not least Dr. Tanwani you were amazing as well. Thank you Ladies!!!
I want to preface this by stating that I don’t leave reviews often, but I feel like this store more than deserves one. This is the second time I’ve been, (used to use Costco, never had good service). I went this morning for both contacts and glasses, and I couldn’t believe how great it was! Everything was quick yet thoughtful, and the entire staff was friendly, despite my many questions. Sergio was very helpful in picking and fitting my frames, and the contacts I needed were in stock, so I got to walk out with them that very visit! Super clean store with a varied collection of frames that i really liked. Super affordable, exceptional service
I brought my daughter to America's Best in Lewisville TX yesterday (Saturday October 20th) and we had an INCREDIBLE experience. Everyone we encountered was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpfull. We were greated by the front desk staff, the doctor, and assistant were in point and did an excellent job and our Optician Rose was INCREDIBLE!!!! As a former Optician myself I can tell you what a gem Rose is and she is not only good at her job, but a beautiful human. I live in Little Elm, at least 30 minutes away and I will be driving to this location the next time I need an exam and glasses. Great job Lewisville! Thank you Rose for the EXCELLENT customer service and for being so knowledgeable.
I must say the best experience/advice given to me by your rep. Mrs. Krystal regarding frame styles and usage regarding the work I do for my warehouse as it has a variety of work which exposes me to certain and quite unavoidable mishaps, including that of falling objects affecting my facial area. Thus causing an encounter with potential [eye/facial] contact inadvertently. Thank you again Krystal for easing my mind on the protective glasses you took the time to show and as well, advise me on that would enhance my work experience at the Warehouse for better !
