I had a great experience at the Conroe location. I didn’t have an appointment but was seen pretty quickly. The staff were friendly and I especially appreciated Hailey. She patiently answered all my questions and helped me understand what I was getting.
Plus, I got a great price for two pairs of eyeglasses.
I don’t normally write reviews but this location was beyond amazing. It was busy for Labor Day weekend but they were so attentive to everyone here. Dr. Garcia-Balok was very friendly and informative during my eye exam and Karina was very engaging and helpful on helping me choose frames and lens. All in all, an amazing experience and I will be back again!
PS: My old frames were hanging by a safety pin and they helped me get a new screw installed on the house! Beyond grateful ❤️
Walked in to store, I have vsp insurance, door says same day appointment. 2 people inside. I said I need exam, glasses, contacts, the whole works. Lady rudely said we cannot help you today and moved onto the next people. I had $600 cash in my pocket and insurance from a multi billion dollar company. But your to busy with 1 customer in front to help me.
Absolutely loved my experience at this place! Everyone was so helpful, and very welcoming. I have to give a special shout out though to Adrienne J. ! She was so friendly and informative. She’s definitely amazing at her job!! Give that girl some recognition or a promotion! She was the best!! ❤️ can’t wait to get my new glasses and be able to see better!
I was able to make appointment the same day.Everyone there was very helpful & friendly. From first walking into the store it was quick & easy the exam, choosing glasses, ordering glasses & contacts. Teresa was one that helped me.She was helpful, understood what I needed. She helped me decide the best options for me. Thank you all for making it quick in & out with everything I needed! What a great team you all have!
The staff are helpful and kind. Teresa was awesome, helping me to understand issues I might have with my new glasses. She was so personable and funny!
I got an exam and ordered two new pairs of glasses with great ease, despite initially entering in with anxiety and stress of not knowing exactly what was going to happen.
I am, unfortunately, rather illiterate when it comes to insurance and medical situations, but, the staff here was very knowledgeable and was able to help me understand, alleviating any anxiety/stress I had!
Special thanks to Kashena who was very kind, professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I understood the insurance/payment process, and was able to assist me with making sure I got exactly what I needed! (Kashena deserves to have a free lunch on America's Best!)
Dr.Alexander(?) and the other optometrist (I forget his name, I'm sorry!) who did my exam were both super helpful, friendly, and able to explain in detail what exactly the state of my eyesight was!
In general, the staff here is all super kind, knowledgeable, and professional and I had a great experience. Absolutely would recommend this location!
Adrienne was amazing! I appreciated how she truly took my preferences to heart and helped me get the right glasses ordered. We will definitely be back and I hope that Adrienne is the one that we get to help us next time. I'd give 100 stars if I could.
