Best WLM Reviews
Chad was the best customer service helper I have ever had when choosing new glasses. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of helping me choose new frames. I would 100% recommend him.
Exam went fine, I was happy with that. Then, my glasses were in almost a month later, after I had been told it would take 10 days. No phone call follow-up from the location. I had to constantly call for updates. Then my glasses arrived, but not the pair I ordered. I spent well over $400, and did not get what I ordered. They allowed me to select another pair, but, when they came in, they didn't even fit properly. So now I'm wearing glasses I hate, and can't even use the second pair I received. Horrible experience. Back to Walmart when it's time to get new ones. I do not recommend this location. Waste of money.
Wonderful service. Staff was very friendly, appointment was smooth, and a very nice young woman named Brittany helped me select new frames that complimented my face. Very satisfied and highly recommend.
First time in about 6 or 7 years that I’ve had my eyes tested and need glasses.
Brittany was fantastic as were the rest of the team with helping choose frames.
Brittany was really patient and helpful with helping with different packages and lens choices.
Dr Nguyen was great with the eye test.
Chad at the cypress location did an excellent job of training my teenager to wear contacts. He was patient, calm, and kind. He clearly described and demonstrated every step of applying/removing contacts to a frustrated newbie contact wearer. Thanks for making our visit a success, Chad!
Chad played a pivotal role in helping me refine my final choices, making the experience truly enjoyable.
Good prices and comprehensive eye exam! The entire staff is so helpful and friendly. Chad really helped us with glasses and pricing for different options. Highly recommend!
