I just picked up my 2 pairs of glasses 2 days ago and I'm thrilled. $143.00 for 2 pairs is not too much to pay at all, when you aren't using insurance. I also bought ones that were a little bit more expensive due to the styles being a bit better. However, you can come here with just $79.99 and still walk out with 2 new pairs of decent glasses if you don't have insurance. The staff at this location are wonderful people as well.
Julissa and Tamir were great! They were patient and knowledgeable. My eye exam was over due and I needed to be able to go somewhere quickly. I was able to make the appointment same day without any issues. The eye Doctor was amazing as well! The entire staff was great! I had a wonderful experience!

I have been going to this location numerous years. I found the staff at the front desk, the initial eye check ladies and their General Manager, TamirJones to be a very friendly, awesome group of people. They really seemed like a great team of people who enjoy their job. This kind of interaction really makes it an enjoyable experience. Dr. Heer Patel was a great experience as well. She took the time to explain to me about the changes to my eyesight. I am waiting to go back to pick up my glasses. This is definitely a great place for very reasonable prices.
Pros : they have a nice selection of frames
Cons: BOTH of the glasses I purchased were the wrong prescription. I noticed immediately something was wrong when I tried them on and was told to give it a week. After a week I experienced headaches and dizziness due to my new glasses. I purchased these a month in advance for my upcoming birthday and I have no glasses a month later . They were able to schedule me a free exam (which not really I paid for the first one already) but they did confirm that prescription was wrong. I inquired about rushing the order but no luck . Overall disappointing experience
I hate to say but the staff is so not professional at all. Both (teens) were getting frustrated and not having patience. They should not be working in this type of business. They both were rolling their eyes very unprofessional on Sunday. If you could hear the one girl talking to the customer like she was talking to a child, they were Indian and she was getting frustrated. Not acceptable!!
I had an amazing experience at this location! I’ve been to previous locations before, but this was the best location with amazing hospitality that my father and I received so far. The receptionist, Tamir, helped my father with some difficulties in his appointment. He was super upbeat while explaining everything clearly. Then when Dr. Kaur took us to do our eye exam, she was extremely professional while maintaining a friendly attitude. She was super thorough with her exam, double checking my eye health and giving trial contact lenses to see if the prescription was good or not. Finally, Lucy helped with checking us out. She was super nice as she explained how the pricing worked and even offered some helpful suggestions as to which we should choose! Overall, this location had a super friendly atmosphere and I genuinely had a really comfortable time with everyone I interacted with. Will definitely come do my exam here next time!
