Excellent service. Annual exams flow relatively quickly. They do stack appointment times, so a bit of a wait. First us check-in (online is quicker), then technician conducts basic tests before waiting again to see the doctor, who’s very thorough. Afterwards, stick around for lenses, etc. Not pushy. Welcome to take your prescription elsewhere, though they do have great deals and tons of options. They accept Medicare as well as insurance or cash.
Everyone gave us great customer service .. my son is on the spectrum and everyone was patient and understanding to his needs .. from the minute we stepped into the door .. my son said I like my Dr mommy .. Dr Lopez was so patient loving to my son . And Daisha was a sweetheart & patient & understanding with my son as well .. my first time here and my son now only wants and myself here for the service we received. Recommend this store on Trenton ????‼️
Tony and Lauren were an excellent team and got me in as a walk-in on a very busy Labor Day.
Their customer service was top notch, and they made me feel right at home, and took care of all of my needs.
Tony and Lauren were even able to track down what vision insurance I had, when I had no clue.

Came by to pick up my glasses and Lauren did a wonderful job! She greeted us, asked us to wait, when she noticed that no one was available to attend to us, she stepped right in, found my glasses, explained things, laughed at my corny jokes, attended to a phone call and finished explaining everything. She was a one person show!
The service was quick and one of the employees Tony R. did an amazing job helping me with a pair of glasses I was having reoccurring issues with. He was very considerate, understanding and made me feel at ease.
I highly recommend this place! The staff, specially Tony Rivera helped me so much and provided me with the necessary assistance to get new glasses, eye exams, and contact lenses. It was my first time trying contact lenses and I was provided with the right care, and attention to made sure I successfully complete my trial with the contact lenses. Thank you to the staff, and doctors for a truly nice, and supportive experience, all for an affordable price. ????
