It was unbelievable.
The associate Margaret Repair my glasses within minutes. My glasses broke while moving my sister from Arizona to Texas. At one time I have David's vision as my eye care Provider but I switch over to American Best because they have better service me quick and fast. And it was less expensive then David's vision. Thank U America's Best ???? My grandson needs a pair of glasses you know where I going (America's Best)
The Doctor by the name of Dr. Wilkes corrected my vision I can see clearly. Also, the doctor and staff took the time to listen to my needs and concerns. I received my glasses promptly. The staff there is so very polite. Laura C. She was very professional and helping me out with my glasses she helped me choose the best glasses for my needs. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by basically everyone there. After I got my eyes check Natalie did an excellent job helping me find the right frames for my face shape, she walked me through step by step on what I qualify for on my lens to get them thinned. She is the best.
It's been three weeks and no glass. Two pair of glasses to be exact. Couldn't pay half at the time of purchase and other half on arrival, had to pay in full (cash). Still waiting.
Horrible customer service Guadalupe the front office staff is horrible. We arrived before our grace period and she told me they had to reschedule us because she did not check us in before our scheduled time. This place is horrible. I told her it is not our fault she did not check us in before our grace period she said that she cannot do anything about it and had a bad attitude

Had 3 pairs of glasses break and they weren't the free kind.
This one doesn't care about the people who helped build the company. 10 to 15 years. Loyalty is lost here
There was a very nice lady that worked there, doesn't anymore. In 2022, my glasses with insurance broke and received a new pair in late 2023. My fourth pair!!!!! Since the first pair that broke in 2022, they were counted like the broken pair from 2022 not the glasses from 2024. Over the 10 years of only using this location.... loyal... you don't even try to help me get something... I mean they were over $600.... my name is Matthew Kwak..check my story. Your offer of a 3 month supply of contacts is a joke . I will do this on many phones till you make it right
