From the moment we walked in, we had such a positive experience with this place. The front desk attendant was kind and knowledgeable. She was sweet to walk through my benefits before my exam. I was greeted by the technician who was extremely patient and informative, letting me know why each test is being done and giving helpful instructions for doing them. On top of this - I asked about two of my favorite pairs of glasses I had brought from home that I thought were goners… Cameron adjusted and fixed both pairs so they are good as new again! He was so kind and helpful! We will be back again and recommend this place to our friends and family.
I went during a very busy time, so the visit took longer than expected. The virtual eye exam was straightforward and the service from Subrina afterwards when selecting my desired frame and ordering the lenses was excellent. The glasses arrived on time, although I didn't get a notification and had to call to find out they'd come in. Nevertheless, the price was well worth it - I saved over $700 from my last eyeglass purchase! I'll be back.
Actually enjoyed trip to America’s Best Simons Rd location in Lynchburg. Was on a trip with wife to get her a new pair of glasses. An employee named Z is perhaps the most customer care oriented we have had the pleasure of being served by. She really knew the insurance end of transaction, extremely helpful in selection process and just as pleasant as she could be. Z reminds me of the way it used to be in the retail world where customer care and customer satisfaction meant . BTW wife ordered 2 pair of glasses! Thank you Z.
Cameron provided excellent service. When i first walked through the door, I surveyed all the employees. Cameron caught my attention. I saw the way he worked with his customers. He showcased the best customer service by being attentive, helpful, and fast. I was glad that he was the worker who ended up helping me. I recommend him and America’s Best 100%.

The place was very clean, the staff was friendly. I had a little bit of a wait but they were very busy and doing their best to take care of everyone. Sabrina was absolutely phenomenal when helping me decide on my frames and took the time to let me know what looked good or not. I would definitely recommend to anyone!
Kisha is absolutely incredible and so much fun! I absolutely love it here so much, it feels like family! They also did so so good on adjusting my glasses I was in and out in 5 minutes! Please go visit!!
