I took my mama here today, and I was so impressed with the customer service and pricing.
Ms. Benita is absolutely amazing. Her energy and everything, and she is so professional and knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. I appreciate that they require you to put the glasses in a tub after trying them on to ensure they’re sanitized before put back up too. I highly recommend them, especially Ms Benita!!!
We were first greeted with a smile when we walked into the store. We then were put with Shannel and wow she is absolutely awesome. She knows what she's talking about and she is extremely friendly to boot. That's a great combo to have and I just wanted to let you know she is a fantastic employee and you need to be sure to keep her (maybe even give her a raise/promotion to manager).
I want to thank Benita for taking such good care of me at my appointment today 08/22/24. Not only did she work with my insurance but she even help me with selecting new frames after I made a few bad choices. She was the best , Americas Best. Everyone else was good too but Banita was the cream of the crop. Thank you so much.
I don't give reviews much but the Optometrist named Carey was a gentleman, very professional and was absolutely outstanding! I could see that they were short handed and thought id be waiting a while, which is okay im patient. I could see he was working hard with the customer before me. Once he had finished with that customer, he immediately notified me to come to his desk and took care of me making sure my insurance covered a big chunk of my bill of contacts and new pair of transition glasses. Shook his hand at the end. Couldn't have asked for a better Optometrist. Thanks Carey!!
Spent over 3 hours for 5 eye exams our apts where back to back from 10am to1045am. At 130 pm we where finally done with just the exam parts and decided not to purchase glasses that day. An we didn't even see a real eye Dr it was a video apt.
i showed up to my scheduled appointment and was told there was 30-45 min wait due to their doctors being remote. i said sure, i’m already here. 45 mins passed and still no sign of progress so i left. would have been happy to reschedule this if it would’ve been communicated. total waste of time
Everyone was very friendly. I had my prescription and was fitted for glasses and they are the best I have had. I have bifocals and they are perfect. I will get my glasses here always.
Just had the best experience at the Colerain location! My eye exam was virtual with respect to engaging with the doctor however, the technicians did complete all testing. I was a little apprehensive at first, but the entire team was amazing. I was going to have to wait a moment, so the manager stepped in and completed my testing. Then I went into a room in which another technician operated the equipment for the doctor and the doctor engaged with me virtually. After that was all finished, I was taken back out to the main area where I was able to pick out my frames. This is where I met Bonita. She was so helpful, kind, caring, and I’m truly blessed to have met her. She helped me pick out the best pair of glasses for me. In fact, I bought two pairs instead of one because the selection was fantastic! I was honestly unsure about this place before, but now I can definitely see myself going here long-term.
