Best WLM Reviews
Never will go there again, workers are not helpful….doctor is never there and I had to schedule a appointment for the day that the doctor was there and guess what my appointment was cancelled because the doctor won’t be there. Overall service is terrible I’d rather order contacts off of Hubble the rest of my life
Ayan took care of me and she was PHENOMENAL! She was able to make me a member of the eye care club while getting me an amazing deal on my items ! I would recommend her to everyone looking to schedule and appointment! Her vibe and energy is so positive. Working with her you are guaranteed to leave a happy customer !
The service here was spectacular. I was greeted immediately and the staff was very friendly. Milana was able to answer all my questions, and was able to show me my options. Milana was very well informed and seemed to really enjoy giving excellent customer service. Will drive out of my way to the Springdale location just for their customer service.
Everyone there was so nice to work with. Joy even gave me a brownie which was wonderful. The best thing was they helped me to feel that it's okay to need to see a eye doctor. Dr. Hoelscher, spent time with me to make sure that my glasses would be the right prescription. She did a awesome job setting me at ease about the entire process. They even ordered some contacts for me to try so we can figure out what will be right for me. Thank you to all the staff as well they were so friendly and the place was super clean and organized.
I have been going to the E. Kemper location for years and the current front staff are the ABSOLUTE best. We initially had a horrible experience with the on-site doctor who was 45min behind with patients, straddled my daughter so intimately during the exam it made my 15yo child look at me in shock, told us she had 20/20 vision after 3 years of wearing glasses, then offered for us to purchases both glasses and contacts. I walked out without finishing my own visit, but returned alone the next day to address the situation. Milana was able to reschedule us both just days later with online providers. Today my daughter and I were both seen by two different providers, both very thorough, kind, and their exams were consistent with our previous prescriptions. Their on-site assistant was just as pleasant. We were able to go in a bit early and pick glasses before our virtual visits and sit in a room of smiling ladies sharing laughs and jokes. Our appointments only took 45minutes and we were on our way. I loved the warm environment, and their willingness to help was more than inviting. If you are ever in need of a visit, please be sure to stop in at this location.
I've taken my mom here several times when she had issues with her glasses!!.. Each time was such a pleasure. The staff has ALWAYS been extremely helpful and friendly!!. The colerain location hand's down is absolutely amazing... Each visit was perfection!.. I would recommend them ???? ???? percent.
We are very happy with our visit, found glasses we really liked, associates was efficient and friendly. Can't wait to get our new glasses.
My daughter and I had appointments back in April. We have been loyal customers for many years but this was our first experience with the Springdale location. Upon arriving, the staff were not welcoming and inviting. We were stared at, but not greeted by them. We started looking around at glasses, then a staff member came over and asked for my insurance card without even introducing herself. The staff member then asked for the last numbers of my ssn out loud with other customers around. The same staff member came back to us a few minutes later and said that she couldn't find my daughter on my insurance policy and that I must have a different insurance card for her. I knew that wasn't true. So I "invited myself" to her desk so we could figure it out. I asked her questions to verify that she entered the insurance info correctly and my daughter's info correctly, in which she did not! Once I pointed out that she entered my daughter's info incorrectly, she was able to find my daughter under my policy. She never apologized but just offered an excuse that the apostrophe in my daughter's name was to blame. However, I told her multiple times how to spell my daughter's name, her listening skills are to blame not my daughters name.
THEN, when it was my daughter's turn to see the doctor, he clearly called her name to come into the office. But, another patient entered the office instead and the doctor shut the door before we could say anything. I'm thinking that the doctor will verify the patient and figure out quickly that he has the wrong patient. But when a couple minutes went by, I realized that he didn't figure it out. So I went to a staff member to let them know. The staff informed the doctor of the patient mix up. The wrong patient exited the doctors office and my daughter was called in. The doctor didn't apologized for the error and just started asking vision questions. I stopped the doctor and asked "Do you have the correct chart for the correct patient this time?" And he replied yes with a little irritation and blamed the staff for the error; and stated that the patients have similar first names. However, shouldn't a doctor verify the patient identity by asking for a full name and DOB? Especially after making an error like mixing up patients.
After our appointments, my daughter realized that 3 plus weeks had passed and no one called to tell us to pick up our glasses. So I called the store and confirmed that the glasses had arrived the week or so prior. I asked why we didn't get a call and the staff member responded that she didn't know but I can come pick them up. I picked up our glasses with the intention of NEVER coming back to this location!
Now, 4 months later...I get a call from this location to tell me that my contacts are available for pick up. I was really confused because I thought they gave me my contacts before I left for my appointment but so much time has passed, I don't really remember if they did or not. But either way, why did it take 4 months to call me to pick them up?
I think this location needs some restructure and customer service training.
