I have been going to this location for over 15 years and have little to no complaints.
The two pair deal is great, just don’t expect much use out of them if they’re your day-to-day eye wear.
Their upgraded lenses along with name brand frames have held up for years. You get what you pay for.
As far as friendliness I’m yet to deal with anyone rude. For as much business they get I feel they do a pretty good job.
The staff was extremely welcoming and kind. The eye exams were thorough and efficient. We came in to get a pair of glasses for my son and I ended up taking advantage of their great prices as well. The whole process from start to finish was a wonderful and professional experience. Thank you to Alayna and her knowledgeable staff!
My 7-year-old had an appointment today. Even though we had an appointment the wait was quite long, over 45 minutes? With that said, the staff were apologetic, and I'd still reccomend them 100%. The eye professional that did the first part of the appointment was very kind, and the eye doctor that followed totally made up for the wait. He was kind, gentle, and just amazing with my kiddo. My kiddo is prone to anxiety, and it was such an easy appointment. Better than I could have hoped for. My other kiddo was with me, and the Dr acknowledged him and included him appropriately. The saleswoman after the appointment was all smiles and didn't make me feel like I had to make my kiddos sit like robots. She was go with the flow. :)
What a sweet experience I shared with Sharita! Not only is she personable and warming, she is wonderful at what she does. I appreciate her kindness and interactions. I've had great experiences here over the years. Appointment booking and actual appointment is smooth as can be. In and out very quickly and efficiently and at a great price. Would like to personally thank Sharita at check in, My Tech Jessifer, Dr. Mark Schneider and Victoria at the end of my visit. All were very helpful and professional. I wish every company I did business with was this seamless.
I went in for my first contacts class today. I had the honor of learning from Shania. She was incredibly kind, patient + intelligent. I truly wish I met Shania & learned about Americas Best years ago. I appreciate the entire staff at this location. The doctor is wonderful too; He answered my questions before I had to ask them. I highly recommend coming here!
Terrible experiences other places around town. Desperation took me to Central Ave location. Even though they were extremely busy I was greeted with immediate "hello. We will be right with you". The salesperson listened to my plight and assured me she would help get me a pair of glasses I could be happy with. Big shout-out to employee Courtney. Very professional, attentive and knowledgeable.
We’ve always had great experiences at this particular America’s Best that is on Central Avenue. We usually have very minimum wait time, and the staff has been very helpful in assisting us whether it be picking out frames, explaining the different lens options, and helping us check out in a friendly manner.
