This was the second time I had visited this location this year, once in May and now in October. Back in May, I went for a regular eye exam and the optometrist had something of an attitude when talking to me about my eyes/contacts. I left feeling bad because of how he spoke to me. When I came back again in October, I needed to update my prescription. This instance was even worse. I already came in knowing he’d be rude towards me, but he was 10x worse. He talked down to me and made me feel stupid the entire time when I never showed any kind of attitude towards him until he gave it to me. Whenever I’d explain why I couldn’t see something, he’d say “I don’t understand” or belittle me for it. He berated me for buying my glasses somewhere cheaper and stated it would “Destroy your eyes - NEVER do that again.” After leaving in a huff when I stated the contacts he had given me in May were not adequate for my eyes, he came back with another set and put them in MY EYES HIMSELF. I tried to take them to put in myself, but he moved them away from my grasp and said “Look up.” No one should ever do that. After more belittling and not understanding anything I’d explain to him (even dumbed down), he finally took me to checkout. Out there, with many customers, he said “So, what do you think? Ready to shop for frames?” I was already incredibly upset, so I bluntly responded: “No.” He did not like that & tried challenging me with “What do you mean no? What happens if one day you can’t wear those contacts? You can’t wear THOSE glasses you have. What are you gonna wear?” I said “Nothing!” He rolled his eyes and huffed again before leaving me. Not to mention, I waited another 15+ minutes just to pay for my eye exam. Everything was so unorganized and everyone felt so entitled to their own time. Overall, this was the worst experience and I will never be returning to this location again.
This is a fantastic place!! I forgot the girls name who made my appointment but she was very friendly and kind and very accommodating!!! Doctor was great and very knowledgeable about being fitted for contacts and my prescription!! Brianna helped me pick out my glasses!! Fabulous!!! She picked out frames that I would not have guessed would look good!! And she was right!! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone SHALOM SHALOM
I saw Dr. Greco this morning for my annual eye exam and it was a pleasure as usual. The staff got me in fast and everyone was professional. Dr.Greco is a fine doctor and always good for interesting conversation. Plus, I can see!!
Bri is amazing! This is my first time ever needing glasses and she waited so patiently while I picked out a pair. She even helped me choose which ones look the best on me. I had a great experience. Ask for Bri!!!
Bri did a great job helping me decide on frames & lenses. She helped me with specials allowing me to get several pairs of glasses for what I would have spent on a single pair elsewhere. I will come back again when I need new glasses.
The doctor shone a light in my eyes looking for cataracts, which is understandable but immediately after he pulled out the chart up and wanted me to read it. I was blinded by the light and he couldn't understand why I couldn't read the chart! No confidence in the doctor and it cost me $70.
Bri waited on me. She had such patience. She was professional and friendly. Made me feel like a valued customer.
I absolutely love going to this place to get my glasses and contacts. The two ladies that went above and beyond who helped me was Journee and Nicole they are literal angels and accommodated my every need and picked out the perfect glasses for me and got me the best deal
With my insurance. Their customer service is above five stars. These women deserve about 25% more of whatever they make. Everyone who works at that place is excellent. I wish I could go there and just hang out with the whole staff they are so personable. Thank you ladies for everything you do.
