Great customer service. I was able to pick out my glasses shortly with the help of the amazing staff. Shout out to Angela who assisted me and made my experience here a great one. I was also impressed by the deals that America’s Best has to offer.
Had a great experience at The Center City location and found 2 ideal frames for me! I had great customer service from Carla… she worked very hard through my particularities and frustrations to help me find my insurance it took her like 15 minutes …because i had like no info… and Donica handled the sale with grace ! I ended up paying less for 2 glasses I really loved !!! So happy this Friday night !
Dina deserves major shout out. While this practice didn’t perform my eye exam and could not sort out my frames, she really went above and beyond. I have unusual frames and was trying to find an optical shop to handle my new prescription. Dina pointed me to another shop down the street who was ultimately able to help. She took time out of her day to understand my predicament, explain why they could not personally do it, and happily set me on the right course. It was a wonderful interaction and I’m grateful for her generous advice.
Most stores will not help you let alone send you to a place that actually can. This optical shop is exceptional because of their people and I wanted to make sure Dina received the recognition she deserves. There are many other reviews which echo my sentiment.

I work nearby at Jefferson and had to run in for a quick adjustment. They were courteous, friendly, fast, and make me want to come back for more service!
Carla and Savannah saved me while on Business in Philadelphia. My glass frames broke unexpectedly and they were able to set my lenses into new frames. They were kind. They were very helpful and got me back to my meeting within an hour.
I went in to get my prescription updated because my previous prescription wasn’t strong enough and I kept getting headaches. This new prescription worked very well for me and I can see so clearly. I bought glasses off a different website though because I couldn’t find any frames I liked from here.
