America's Best takes really good care of my eye care needs. I just picked up my fabulous new glasses. I used to go to Walmart but my vision insurance doesn't cover them any more. I was a little worried about changing to a new eye dr but it has been terrific and so glad we changed to America's Best.
This last visit I tried the remote appointment. It was amazing. We did all the same things and a few more. The doctor was on a big screen and was easy to talk to. It was like they were in the room!
The glasses come quickly too yet the quality is superb.
I highly recommend these lovely people.
100% do not recommend. Everything is all done remotely. They're all remote doctors and the eye video wouldn't transfer to their cloud for the doctor to see so the doctor wouldn't see me at all without it. Technology needs to improve before they're solely relying on this method for patients because you're completely out of luck without it
Eye exams are done virtually, which wasn’t communicated before arriving. But since I wasted time coming there I just went with it. Dr didn’t send over my prescription which I had to wait over 20 mins for so I could get my trial pair of contacts. Also the frames I picked was on display for $89, they rung up for $99. I was spending close to $400 for just one pair of glasses and an exam the least she could have done was take $10 off. The lady also wasn’t willing to give me a price for my contacts so I told her I would just go else where for my glasses and contacts. I’ve been a customer with AB for over 14 years but I am considering taking my business elsewhere.
Love the forest drive location. We came in and took advantage of the deal, found two glasses that I loved immediately! Everything was quick and easy and the glasses only took a week to come in! Highly recommend :)
Would absolutely recommend. I was visiting from out of town and needed help - the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I was also impressed with the great prices and selection.
Need new receptionist staff. They ordered the wrong trial contacts for me, when I called back the lady couldn't get it through her head that the prescription was 1/8 the strength it should be. She was convinced that the Dr had calculated it correctly and tried to tell me that a .2 diameter increase would compensate a difference in power from -3.25 to -.75.
Today I called to schedule an appointment, to which I was told they were not taking any. When asked how long they were booked out until, she only said "until further notice". Hopefully this means this location is closing, because it is absolutely awful
The customer service is great! The staff is very knowledgeable and quick to remedy any situation concerning your spectacles and contact lenses.
I ordered spectacles and lenses with an eye exam. I am pleased with my spectacles, however I recently damaged them. America’s Best was able to order a new pair within days. It pays to get the warranty.
There was a mix up on my contacts. It has been 11 months, and I haven’t received them. When I previously called, I was told that they were ordered but had not arrived yet. Finally, I brought it to the manager’s attention, and with no hesitation, they are reordering my contacts. I am still waiting to receive my contact lenses.
Overall, my experience with America’s Best was wonderful. I appreciate the efforts of the staff to make the customers experience great.
I can't begin to tell you what a wonderful experience I had. The staff and Dr. are very knowledgeable and you never feel rushed. A special thanks to Karitha as she supported me at a most difficult time in my life. A cancer battle can make one feel raw and unattractive but she showed compassion, empathy, and tons of positive feedback. My new frames are amazing. I can see!!! I will definitely be going back for all my future needs as well as my husband.
