Best Americas Best I've ever been to!! Stevens customer service was top notch. Made me feel comfortable and helped me with every question I had. He was very knowledgeable on every aspect of glasses. He even told me how he had to deal with school and work and how he is balancing the both and still had top notch customer service and knowledge. What an amazing person!! If you ever come here I highly recommend asking for steven!|
Need a policy change, now I have to go pay more money for another contact lens exam at another facility because the doctor at the time who did my exam did not take the time to teach me how to properly put them on as a first time user because it was late in the day. (not my fault that was the only appointment). He scolded the assistants in front of me for scheduling late and decided he had something more important to do. Now three months later, because of the store policy, I am unable to get the trial pair unless I demonstrate there and I do not have time as I am a medical professional with the same hours.
I do not recommend this company. EVER.
This is the worst location. Very poor customer service. Unprofessional and disrespectful individuals working at this location. I had an appointment scheduled and they cancelled my appointment and I asked them why you cancelled my appointment. The main girl at the desk with the skeleton customer says I have to take my family trick or treating?!?!?!?! I stood there amazed by her stupid response. I ask to speak with the ophthalmologist named Momin and he refused to come out because he had one more hour left until he goes home. I told them you guys close at 7pm. But they didn’t care, it’s Americas best reputation that’s going down the drain while each of the employees collect a pay check. The should be name America worst because this name really stands behind a group of lazy employees at this location. I will further take my complaint to corporate. You don’t have to waste time bribing new patients to write 5 star reviews to cover my review. Look at all the 1 star reviews they are 100% true.
Loved the dr and staff, but when I went to pick up my new glasses, the person at the front desk was like dealing with a zombie. She didn't welcome me in and I could barely hear anything she was saying. She very nonchalantly pointed to some chairs like I'm supposed to know to go sit there. She comes over, gets my name and retrieves my glasses. She hands them to me and when I look at them, both nose pieces were dramatically bent in the same direction. So much so that I handed them back to her and said they are bent. She took them and made an adjustment but it was still way over corrected. I handed them back and she said, "well they're not supposed to be completely straight". I took them out of her hand and corrected them myself and left. Wow, that employee was a train wreck. She certainly doesn't represent your business in a positive way. Just because of her, I'll probably go somewhere else next time.
I like the DR and staff they way they treat me and help me out, especially Jessica. she helped me fix my glasses, gives me advise on how to take care of my glasses. I admire the help Jessica provides. 10/10
I went to America's Best in Pearland today for an eye exam and to pick out new frames. A nice young woman named Robbie helped me. Well let me tell you..picking out new frames that fit your face and look flattering is very difficult with so many choices. Robbie took the extra time needed with me to go through at least 10 different pair I liked. Of course she helped me chose the perfect pair. She was kind, honest with me and offered top notch customer service. I would recommend Pearland America's Best and Robbie for any of your eye needs.

I had a great visit with America’s Best in Pearland. Their staff is very professional, friendly and informative. Dr. Momin performed my exam and Lluvia was very helpful with selecting my lenses. I’m looking forward to returning for my next exam. I highly recommend America’s Best!
My mother and I both loved this experience together. The examiners were so easy going and hospitable. Ms.Robbie was so very kind to help us pick out our beautiful new frames after our eye exam. Love it here, definitely going back! ☺️
