Absolutely poor service. Tried buying another set of contacts through them, they kept me on the phone for 15 minutes to tell me that I can’t purchase contacts through them because a prescription was expired? Didn’t even offer to set up an appointment or any kind of accommodation. Front staff needs a lot of more sales training. Where is the customer satisfaction at in this?
I recently had the pleasure of visiting America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses at this location, and I must say, the experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the knowledgeable and friendly staff. Miriam was exceptional. She took the time to listen to my concerns and provided expert advice on what I needed. I came on the last minute trip almost 10 minutes until close and I was very impressed with the customer service she provided me. She kept me informed every step of the way, explaining what I needed in detail and providing fair pricing options. Not only did she help me, but she also went above and beyon by going through the type the lenses I needed and which option was best for me. Miriam exceptional service, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction have earned my trust and loyalty. If you need help or have any questions Miriam is the one to ask she is amazing!!!
Rosario is fantastic! I came in with my son's glasses, the glasses were missing part of the frame and Rosario went above and beyond in finding a replacement part. She had a great attitude and was professional. More importantly she took great care of my son's glasses. I definitely recommend this location based on the service I received today.
Should have looked at the reviews. THIS place is terrible. Worst customer service. First time girl that knew nothing helped us. Went today to pick up the glasses. 2 girls, rude, did not want to help us because we came in at 645. My husband works late and that's as soon as we could make it. My husband wanted to get a second pair and she refused to do it and said we would have to come back tomorrow. Very rude and unfriendly. Wish I had gotten her name but someone knows who was working there at 645 pm Friday August 2, 2024
It was a bit hectic lots of people, so hectic that they helped a couple that came in after us and we had been waiting a while. Maybe they should have a ticket system. But once helped the service was great, we had two vision insurances and she looked at both and told us which one was the better insurance to use.
Loved this location! I got my first of contacts from them and it worked out so well, they had a contacts classes which is great! Super patience, especially Johanna, super nice worker and professional. She made me feel super comfortable especially as she was so positive with me even when I had to reschedule for my contacts, I would recommend anyone to go here, genuinely. ????❤️
This was my first experience at America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses. I chose to go to their store at 2630 N Josey Ln Suite 112, Carrollton, TX because it was within a mile of my home. What a wonderful and painless experience this was. I got a complete eye exam and ordered new glasses all in the same place. The entire staff I witnessed while in the store was very friendly and attentive to their customers. I was greeted and helped right away. I had been on their web site earlier, and made an appointment. I arrived a bit early so I could look at the many frames they had to choose from. Right on schedule, they escorted me to the back for my eye exam. The exams are offered by EyeCare Centers of Texas Medical Practice. From that point on, everything went like clockwork. The young lady who gave me my initial exam was very friendly. A total professional. She talked me through the process explaining what was going on the entire time. Then I got to see the Optometrist. His name is Dr Le. He is a young, well spoken professional. He is a gem! He made me feel comfortable immediately. Very honest when discussing eye issues, and prescription choices. He is definitely a keeper!
To sum it up, this was an exceptional experience. The staff was outstanding. Prices are very competitive. There store was clean, organized, and easy to navigate. They have many locations. If you are ever in the North Dallas area, and you need glasses and an eye exam, I highly recommend these folks. I couldn't be happier!!!
Awful experience, been a customer for three years now but I'm taking business somewhere else, unfortunately, one of the worst customer service experience I ever had. Front desk staff definitely needs to work on social skills and basic politeness.
