It would be greatly appreciated if the staff could enhance their customer service skills here for a more welcoming and positive environment for customers. Specifically, the receptionist should refrain from making assumptions about the purpose of a customer's visit and instead inquire directly about how they can assist. It would be professional to avoid discussing personal matters in the presence of customers. Ensure that the individual conducting an eye exam possesses the appropriate qualifications and experience for this role.
Great service! Appointment was quick but thorough. Nakeita took the time to help me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. She also went above and beyond checking what the prices would be with my insurance. I was told my glasses would be ready on the 14th but they were ready sooner than expected and they fit and look great!
Just got off the phone and asked if I could get my prescription sent to me. Whitney, has to be the most disrespectful person there. Said in a very snobby voice " No, but you can come down to the store and pick it up here. We don't email prescriptions ". I fully understand, but you don't have to be needlessly rude.
My experience at this location was above and beyond what I expected. I made an appointment for an eye exam. The staff were professional, kind, and thorough. Afterward, I decided to look at some frames. DK was amazing! She was patient and helpful, but not pushy either! DK took the time to compare the price of my frames using my insurance and using America’s Best current promotion, I really appreciated that. Hands downs a really great experience and sending a special s/o to the entire team at the White Oak location.
Very efficient and affordable. Nakeita was very helpful and patient with me picking out my frames and also made sure I got the best price for me to pay out of pocket. She's very sweet and friendly and I enjoyed very much on having her.

It’s been about 2 months since I got my contact exam and glasses exam. Was never called that my glasses came in, about 1.5 months after ordering my contacts I called and asked when my training contacts will come in and they told me that it says that it is will on its way and will arrive later that week. I called today (about 2 months after getting my exam done) and asked if they were in, the nice receptionist told me no and reordered them. He also told me they will be coming in in another 2 weeks (trying to expedited the shipping) but still… that’s super long for contacts!
