Best WLM Reviews
I went in to the location and was greeted immediately. The receptionist was friendly and got me checked in right away. The doctor completing my eye exam was friendly, quick and professional. When I was seated at the checkout I got to meet the location manager Chao. She was so welcoming and even though they were busy, she took the time to get to know me personally and we had a very nice conversation. Altogether it felt like a very pleasant time and I'll look forward to visiting this location again!
I had a great visit and exam today! Got two pairs of glasses at an affordable price! Danna has an amazing personality and was the sweetest! Trey is very knowledgeable and was a huge help! Would absolutely recommend this location for any eye needs!
Great service from Trey!
We just recently got vision insurance after not having it for several years, and finding places to use it has been really frustrating! We walked into America’s Best today knowing they did accept our insurance, spent time picking out frames, went to check out and there was an issue with our insurance. Ugh! Trey helped us and looked into it for us, and was very apologetic. We left when they said they couldn’t use our plan, but within 5 minutes, Trey called us and said he’d figured out what the issue was! He had gone above and beyond and called the insurance provider AGAIN after we’d left. Turns out it was some random glitch in the system. We came back and Trey helped us understand all the options available for our glasses, and was honest about where it was worth spending the extra money and where it was best to save. He helped us understand our insurance (which is always a frustration for me) and was so patient. He made the otherwise frustrating process really doable and provided exceptional customer service. Very impressed and super thankful. Thank you Trey and America’s Best!
10-12-24 went today to get my contacts, was there less than an hour and that included my eye appointment. The office manager helped me out and she did an amazing job helping me while also making sure everyone else was taken care of. (It's a busy Saturday ) Will be back for my next check.
Trey did an awesome job getting me in and out. Affordable glasses and efficient employees.
My personal experience with this location is all good. I personally look forward to working with Chao, because of her superb attitude, attention to detail, and professionalism. It is a popular place and gets busy, so be patient with them, they work for a living just like the rest of us. Even when they are busy, the attendance is focused on my issues when it is my turn.
Got an eye exam and contacts today and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Trey helped me with securing and supplying my contact lenses. Trey was very friendly and provided great service. I recommend this place for those who need eye exams, glasses and contacts!
I dropped into America’s Best in Denton needing HELP. The arm of my prescription glasses had fallen off. Without pause,
Chao and Gio came to my aid. My problem was quickly fixed. Both employees were so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.
Melodee was very kind and patient, and helped me with suggestions of frames. She was also very knowledgeable of the lenses to use from (my first time to get glasses.) All the staff were very friendly from the front desk to the Dr.
