My experience at Americas best was amazing friendly staff all around. It was nice to have updated eye exam equipment.
The sales ladies were amazing I brought in my Meta glasses and they reassured me that they would take great care of them.
Got 2 pairs for cheaper than other places quoted me for just lenses.
Go by they just got a customer for life
This is my first visit to American Best contacts & eyeglass store. I was met with a warm reception and very helpful information. The optometrist Dr Hickson was very thorough and informative. She was able to do a diabetes diagnosis with no discomfort at all.
Kristina was also very helpful and kind and informative. She was very easy to speak with about my needs and discussing what I could, and could not afford. Kristina offered very many options to find the best package deal for me.
I will be returning to American Best eyeglass Center for future purchases and help. And I say again to everyone there at the eyeglass office thank you for your assistance.
Dr. Hixson is amazing. Very kind and patient. Get my prescription right on every time. The real star of the show up there is Aisha. She was very kind and personable. She helped me pick the right Pair Eyewear frames and ensured I was getting the best deal with my insurance. We had some good laughs and the process was painless. I’ll be returning next year. Thank you America’s Best!
We had a great visit. My niece needed new glasses. She had an exam with the kindest ladies. Then picked out the frames she wanted. My niece has a stigmatism, so she did need an extra test done, which was no biggie, she needed it! They did let us know before the test that it would be $30 extra and wanted to make sure we were okay with it. So, no insurance, two pairs of glasses and eye exam for 79.99 plus the special test. Excellent service. Not bad for $103 total. Highly recommend!
Quite possibly the best eyeglasses place I have been to in East Texas!!
Their prices are SO affordable and the quality of the designs that they offer??? ABSOLUTELY MIND BLOWING!!!
I recommend that EVERYBODY go through America's Best no matter where you are!! You'll be happy you did ????
This was My second time going to Américas Best. The first time I took My prescription and got it filled, this second time I actually got the full exam. The front receptionist was very soft spoken very nice and answered all of my questions. The doctor was also very nice, she answered and addressed my concerns. Juanita was a great help! She helped me find frames that fit My face and went in full detail over what exactly I would be purchasing. She sat down with me and took her time even when the store got busy. She made sure I was her top priority. She was very patient with me. My husband got glasses a few days after me. Juanita helped him too. We loved the attention to detail she remembered little bits from our previous convo from days ago. 10 days went by and I got my glasses the prescription was spot on!! I Will recomend Americas Best to friends and family members!
Great place to go for exam and glasses! From check in to check out a wonderful experience! Thank you to the amazing staff especially Kristina who was very helpful and thorough. They are up to date with the latest tech to give you a detailed exam! And unlike other places they have a doctor on staff!
