Always have very nice service so friendly and helpful. Also, around the start of school time they always have great deals for both glasses and exams. Luz is our absolute favorite to deal with she always makes our experience so nice and easy. The other staff is wonderful too. I too am flabbergasted by all the bad reviews this place has a wonderful staff that’s so helpful and knowledgeable about not only your eyes but insurance as well.
HORRIBLE Service. My husband and I weren't even acknowledged as we browsed for glasses. There were at least four people working. One was finishing up working with customer. We were there on 10/9 a Wednesday @ around 1:30pm.
Extremely unfortunate because we were prepared to purchase glasses for me and my teenage son.
Will NEVER go back and will make sure I tell all my contacts to avoid as well. HORRIBLE experience!!!!!

Christian was an amazing sales person. He listened to everything I said and made it happen. The pick up of my glasses went wonderfully I received great fast service. I got my glasses quick great place to get glasses.
Everything went perfect from the time I walked in till the day I received my glasses. Ernst was knowledgeable and his calmness put me in a even more relaxed mood. If you go there ask for Ernst!
First time at an americas best and this location had a very friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff. I believe the eye doctor was Larry, he actually explained to me about my astigmatism and made me feel super comfortable. Christian checking me out for the glasses was also super friendly and let me know of ALL my options. Great prices
I had an appt a couple weeks ago here and never had such a thorough appt anywhere else before. Dr. Schwandt was amazing, I have health issues and he has so much knowledge about how they are related to your eyes and he explained everything in detail with me. Also Associate Luz (I hope that's her name) was great and so patient with me. Thank you so much!
I was so hesitant to go here because of many negative reviews but I was more than pleasantly surprised. My husband and I went there on saturday and both got quality eye exams and great glasses. All the people who worked there were so friendly and professional. They took great care of both of us and made it an enjoyable experience. This was so opposite to other optical places I've gone to where they act like they are doing you a favor and you're somehow bothering them.
Now granted we haven't gotten our glasses yet but I will update when we do. I am so happy I disregarded the negative reviews. You should too. This is a great place ????
I am pleasantly surprised by the meet and greet customer service I received at this location. Not only did I have great customer service, they have the best in store promos around town. I have 30 days from the time of purchase to have any adjustments made to my glasses to meet my standards. No questions asked!! They also accept a wide variety of vision insurance. I was very pleased to know they have an on site optometrist that took his time to care for my exam. I highly recommend giving them the chance to meet your needs.
