Dr. Harwell kept it simple and to the point, but with such a calm demeanor. Faith welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door, and made me feel like more than just a customer, they should have her training new hires in my humble opinion. Bodie was also extremely helpful with selecting an eyeglasses ???? frame, he is very knowledgeable and answered every question I asked with a smile, you can tell this man enjoys working here. Overall one of the best experiences I have ever had as a consumer, definitely recommend this place to anyone needing eyeglasses and or contact lenses. Great staff, huge selection of products including name brands, and reasonably priced. They absolutely went above and beyond, I am genuinely ???? impressed!!!
I cancelled my own appointment after they messed up my kids'. First they told my wife they took our insurance, which they don't so there goes some wasted money. Then they said they couldnt find my son on my insurance so we had to pay for that appointment and request reimbursement from my insurance. Tell us these things BEFORE the appointment. We won't be going back.
I hate to shop for glasses and wait to the last minute to do it! Salem was very good and had me done in record time! It was a blessing really. He even gave my old glasses a tune up which they desperately needed! You are every bit worth coming in. Great selection as well.Thank you and see you next year!

Just went in to find myself some new glasses and let me tell you what! The absolute best service!! I walked in and was a little nervous. I haven't gotten new glasses for myself in 2 years, let alone tried a new place in town for glasses. I'm so glad I stopped. I walked in and was greeted immediately and directed to the women's section to look at frames. Shortly after, I was approached by a guy named Salem. He was the most helpful and very informative with his answers to all my questions. Hands down I am so glad I stopped and didn't hesitate. Salem made this process so easy for me and made me feel good about my purchase. They were reasonably priced and I walked out ordering 2 new pairs of glasses for myself. This is what I needed! Thank you to Salem for all his help and exceptional customer service. I will definitely be ranting and raving to others about this place. Yall go see Salem at America's Best Contacts and Eyeglasses and get you some new frames or contacts. That is the kind of service you should be receiving anywhere you go!!
Very disappointed, employees all very nice but optometrist was crappy! I got glasses and contacts, my insurance pd for the contacts and I pd cash for the glasses, it had been 3 or 4 yrs since id worn contacts. A lot of changes with contacts but dr. Explained nothing to me, was just in a hurry to get rid of me! I’d called a few times to discuss changes but was never done, when they came in I cancelled contacts and just wanted the glasses! I pd 250. For glasses then they wanted 106. More! I cancelled both glasses and contacts because of it, then they tell me I have to wait for them to mail refund to me. Really stinks and very disappointed, will never return after I receive refund!
Recently had eye exam and purchased glasses at this location. Quality and price for glasses was very reasonable. Is what puts this place over the top is the customer service. Shelly Clawson the general manager personally helped me and went above and beyond. Thank you.
When they say, "America's Best", they mean it! The selection of frames are the best in town, so many choices for everybody! I brought my daughter to get her glasses and as soon as we entered we were greeted, it felt like we were coming back home! Kristen, the assistant manager was very helpful and knew what she was talking about! I felt very comfortable with her suggestions and extremely informed for future orders! I will be coming back!!
