Best WLM Reviews
Shelby made this establishment a worthwhile destination. He warmly welcomed me, greeted me, and promptly assisted me as soon as I entered. He demonstrated patience while aiding me in selecting a potential new pair of frames. I can not comment on the female employees as I did not have significant interactions with them, nor did they attempt to engage or interact with me.
I had an excellent experience at America’s Best thanks to Virginia! She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable with my choices. Her professionalism and warm demeanor made the whole visit so much more enjoyable. Highly recommend seeking her assistance if you’re visiting this location!
Great environment. Everyone seemed to really like their coworkers and job. So friendly from the moment I walked through the door. The lady at the front desk was so sweet. Shelby was so knowledgeable and knew so much about everything, very efficient! Edrienne was kind and professional. And the doctor and Amanda were amazing too! Great experience and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!
Both my husband and I had eye appointments today. Kyra helped us both select frames and she was incredible. She suggested that I try a new style that I would never have selected myself and I love them! She was so patient, friendly and knowledgeable. A true asset to America’s Best.
Ever since I moved to Richmond 2 years ago I have always come to this America's Best. All of the visits I have encountered Tanya! She is amazing and is always so nice despite me almost always having insurance issues lol (sorry) She is patient, truly cares for her patients, and is an absolute joy to work with! I also want to thank Kyra for her help in assisting me throughout my visit. Eye doctors can be scary but with them, it makes it a little less scary and comforting. Thank you for all you do America's Best Brook Rd! Your hard work and care don’t go unnoticed ????
