Everyone here is amazing. So kind, friendly and helpful. Isadora helped me and my son get everything we needed and even sat through figuring out which insurance would cost the least. Great place!
Staff is super friendly and helpful. My appointment was quick and easy, very little wait time. Isadora helped me pick out my glasses and my trial contacts, she was very nice and answered all the questions I had, very patient helping me. My glasses came in and they're great, needed a little adjusting but I'm happy with them. Definitely one of the better experiences I've had at an eye clinic.
I had a great time getting to my appointment, as soon as I get to the door April welcomed me and held the door open for me until I got in. She was very friendly and kind to make my self comfortable. Told me I can get a head start at looking at the glasses and told me the prices of everything on what I can look at. Me and her were on point having a great conversation about five below and hello kitty. I also had a great person name Isadora she was amazing and looking on point with her birthday outfit and she was very helpful with my glasses on getting what I want very nice person. She also helped me with my payment and very patient with me when I didn’t have the money ready. I will for sure come back here a third time. I also had a great doctor that was very caring and understanding and trying to help me get seen by a good doctor.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE… KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS & SERVICES…MOST IMPORTANTLY PRICES ARE OVER THE TOP AWESOME…I stumbled into one location on Military Drive, looking for a particular eyeglass frame and a particular brand the first location didn’t have it in stock but did a teamwork call to another store up the street and the manager Bianca greeted me as I walked in with the last pair they had in stock. Thanks again America’s best for the great customer service the availability of an item. Great teamwork, and best of all great price‼️
Has been the best experience ever and I've been using glasses for iver 20 yrs. Never had an eye exam where they actually listen to you and help you out. Highly recommend this place. I also took my parents and they loved it too. Staff was so friendly and nice.
Isadora was super friendly and funny! She helped me figure out what was best for my plan. She was super fast if you see her she'll definitely be the one welcoming you in with a big smile! Definitely going back again
Best experience I’ve had at any America’s Best office. They helped accommodate to my needs and provided 10/10 customer service. Bianca truly is a life saver and I would recommend to anyone!! She deserves a raise!
Same day appointment. Little to no wait time for eye exam. Walked out with a 5 day trial pair of contacts. Isadora helped get me checked out at the end and she was so friendly and happy to assist. Great experience!
