I have been to a few different America's Best in the metroplex, and have never received bad service at any of them, but yesterday at this Mesquite location I was blown away at the EXCELLENT experience I had! Above and beyond customer service! I am an indecisive mess when it comes to choosing frames, and especially 2 pair! I was wanting a wear everyday pair of glasses and a pair of sunglasses, without breaking the bank. The associate they assigned me to was amazing, I cant say enough good things about her in a short review, but I can not thank you enough Monica. She was patient, knowledgeable, so sweet and kind and reassured me every step of the way. She helped me decide on two designer frames (both on sale ????) and explained to me the difference and pricing in all the lenses and I left there as happy as I could be! I may have taken an exceptionally long time to choose and she never made me feel rushed or like she had better things to be doing even saying she "was here for me" and she "wanted me to love my choices." Well, I definitely do, and I'll definitely be back. Thank you again, Monica, for all your help! I didn't leave there wondering if I made the right choice again, this time I know I did, and got the best deal possible, and couldn't have done it without your help! You rock!
I took my son to get contacts for the first time in life and everybody was so supportive. Ms June was the most attentive representative I had ever seen. She made my son feel comfortable and no pressure with putting his contacts in. It took him a few tries to make it happen and she was so supportive! We absolutely love her. The checkout process was absolutely easy. Monica was so helpful with helping me understand our insurance and what my out of pocket expense was. Those ladies we just caring. I felt like they really cared about our experience. I love this place❤️
Just left Americas Best with my eyes checked and my prescription glasses ordered…… couldn’t be happier. Dr Nguyen made me feel comfortable about my exam and my results. Without waiting even five minutes I sat down with Monica to order frames. The young woman was professional and personable. She walked me through every aspect of purchasing my glasses. She’s a sweetheart.. Ask for for her at the Town East Mesquite location
My appointment was at 9:10am, everything was going smooth. At 10:13 I had to wait for the manager to approve my coupon and I waited and waited, because she was apparently with a customer for 50 minutes. Almost and hour waiting for the manager to approve my coupon and check me out finally. 9:10am-11:04am nice.
I had a great experience! Customer service is always excellent! This is my second year. Never had a problem. Front desk is always helpful. My Tech Diana is very good and thorough with my eye screenings and always answering any questions I do have. Both doctors are good. Very considerate and friendly. No rush and always thorough! Recommend for friends and family.
I have been getting my son's glasses and my glasses from here for years so I have spent a lot of money, but what I noticed is my son's glasses peel after a year. I didn't pay attention since every year he has to get a new prescription. I do know they put some poly something on kids glasses but when I explained that his glasses are peeling the manager was very nonchalant. She even said in my opinion he did something to them to make the lenses peel. This the manager! She told me the only thing I can do is buy a new pair, I did my own research and it's the coating they put on kids Glasses wearing off I am going to try what they suggest and hopes it works. As far as Americans Best you have lost me as a customer until you get better trained MANAGERS. I am a single parent with one income I can't afford to just buy new glasses when I just bought 4 pair from you all months before. She didn't console with anyone didn't attempt a resolution. Don't shop there.
I had a an absolutely great experience at this Americas Best. I came in for my yearly eye exam and Doctor Nguyen was here on my visit; was incredibly helpful, informative , and encouraging about the health of my eyes and moving forward in the process. Afterwards, I had a very good experience with Jessica she helped me out big time and walked me through everything with prices and the best choices for my lenses. She helped me make a big decision so i appreciate the experience she gave it was awesome.
I had such a great experience trying on my contacts for the first time. June made it so easy and encouraged me every step of the way. It made feel comfortable and confident to start my new journey wearing contacts.
