Best WLM Reviews
Yes. Travis was patient, kind, and clear with the steps and process. No pressure, and I felt calm and confident while speaking with him. He has many years of serving others in this industry and it comes through by his helpful courtesy. Thank you. A very good experience for my first pair of glasses. ????
Receptionist was incredibly rude. I scheduled my appointment and specifically asked if they take my insurance and they said yes but when I arrived they said I’d be billed out of network rates. Had they mentioned that when I scheduled my appointment I wouldn’t have come. When asked why she would not provide any explanation. To start off an interaction that way is so off-putting I’d rather pay full cost out of network to literally any other establishment. I would recommend replacing this woman if you’d like to keep getting business she is the single largest obstacle to your success, and it seems like many others agree based on your reviews. Or I guess you all must get so much business that you can afford to have her turn so much of it away, which in that case good for you
Been there several times and I have always felt that the customer attention is bad. Jennifer was rude from the get go. The rest of the people at this location look bored, act uninterested and often just ignore you. Prices are fair and they honor the return policy and correct any problems with your glasses without much questioning, that was good. However, I would avoid this place if possible, mine was not a good experience.
Good to know that the staff is so unapologetically rude and evasive of basic pricing questions, then quick to yell if they are checked on being evasive of basic pricing questions. Not a transparent way to do business and Jennifer has no manners.
Update: wow, and they insistently sent me to Jennifer for the refund. I explained that the entire reason I wanted a refund was her behavior and they made me go to her anyway saying she was the only person that could offer refunds. At least the front desk staff has a sense of humor.
I had a decent experience here my first time, so returned for my annual check-up. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in for several minutes, despite three people being at the front desk, standing directly in front of them, and greeting them first. I was ignored until they finished whatever they were doing. They couldn’t even look up and ask for a second or acknowledge me. Already a poor customer service experience. Then, I waited for over 50 minutes to be seen by the Dr., despite having scheduled an appointment and arriving early. Overall, this place is unprofessional and understaffed. Save your time and money, and go literally anywhere else.
UPDATE: I had to ask the Dr. to get off her phone when she finally called my name. She rushed through my appointment, and did not review anything on my prescription with me either, so I guess I waited all that time to Google what’s wrong with my eyes…
I went in with low expectations given many of the reviews here, but I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone that I interacted with was perfectly pleasant (and the woman working the pre-test was extra friendly!) and knowledgeable. I will say that I did have to wait for a little while (even with an appointment), but I didn't mind too much as it gave me the chance to try on some glasses. I spent just about an hour here total. Per advertised, it cost me 79.95 for two pairs of glasses and an eye exam. If you want it to come out to 79.95, be sure to only get glasses in that section and opt out of the add ons such as sunglasses, warranty, etc.). Best deal around for glasses and an exam, especially if you don't have vision insurance like me.
To be honest some of these reviews scared me a little when I made my appointment, but I had a great experience. Didn’t have to wait long upon arrival, got to browse the frames for a few minutes. The staff and doctors were all friendly and welcoming. Great experience, great prices.
It would be a zero star if I could possibly rate.
I tried to put prescription lenses on my new frame, which I have worked so hard for it.
PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE, THEY WON'T TRY TO FIND A PROPER WAY TO SOLVE THEIR ISSUES.
Idk which means high value to them but I bought the frame with the price nearly $1000. When I saw they messed up my glass, I was really upset.
When I came to pick up my frame, I noticed a silver part has been missing. Came back to ask them about why it lost and then the SA told me to come back tomorrow to speak with their manager.
Next day, they basically just told that their lab labor already threw it away. What kind of labors are you guys having??? Manager didn't appear as well. Instead, she let a receptionist, which was a little bit nicer to send out her words for me.
At the end of the day, they tried to offer me a 50$ credit store to get rid of their mess (not even 50$ I already paid for them). Ofc, I won't take it since they did it in that none-professional way, there will be no next visit.
