Front desk to getting seen by the doctor remotely- was absolutely an amazing experience. We were there toward the end of the night and one of the girls was very anxious to get off work. No acknowledgment of when we had questions of the glasses and other things. She told us to sit down and someone will call us when they have doctor notes - but we had a glass frame question- and she was on her phone and seemed bothered for me to go ask for help. She wanted to do “paper rock scissors” to who will assist me bc she and her coworker had already attended two previous clients. Morgan- immediately said no, I don’t mind helping them and she was super helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. The other person working with her was on her phone unattended to walking clients/patients.
Never again will I go to this place. The Dr was amazing. But the front desk help, is absolutely horrible. I called a week after I had my exam. To see if they could put a rush on the order due to me breaking my glasses. They said we can do that. Then I called in on Friday after turkey day. Was told that my glasses will be there to sat.. so I call this morning to see. And I was told that they won't be here until next week. The lady I talked to is the same I talked to yesterday and she said she never told me that.. but she was on speaker phone and about 10 people heard it..... I will definitely be spreading the word to my family..
After 8 years of navigating optometrists and receiving inaccurate prescriptions for lenses, I finally found an amazing place! This place is very disability friendly!! I have autism and expressed my concerns about lights being overstimulating and they put me in the dark room to allow my eyes to adjust and also gave me other tips to help with the matter. For the first time I received glasses that are accurate! Wonderful staff, so friendly and understanding and kind! Thank you to everyone!!
I was greeted when I came into the store. It didn't take them but a short wait less than7 minutes to help me. I needed my glasses repaired as they had gotten sat on and one lens was out. Kyle did the repairs and they fit and were better than they had been for a long time. Good job. Thank you.

WONDERFUL customer service. optician took my measurements 3 times just to make sure and the glasses were perfect, and they were probably the best lens I have had in recent years
The virtual exam was a first and I have to say, the most through exam I have had, and my grandfather, father and brother are all Optometrist, so I know my way around an eye exam.
Overall great experience.
Customer service was extremely poor. No greeting upon entering store. I asked where do I go, was told "over there" and was pointed to some blue bench seating. At least 4 employees were laughing and talking together. Two were in an exam room laughingand giggling, none were with a customer. They were talking about what dishes they were bringing for tomorrow. Employees not friendly at all. I shared this information with asst. Manager Maya and she seemed disinterested in any of my feedback.
I went there to buy some contacts with a prescription from another doctor. The front desk clerk was friendly and took my information. I was told to have a seat as a "tech has to be the one to ring you up". I sat in their waiting room - which is around the corner out of view of the main part of the store, which I though was wierd. I waited for 15 minutes with no one apparently available to make my purchase although there were plenty of employees, many not doing anything. After waiting 15 minutes with not even an acknowledgement, I got up and left.
