I just purchased some glasses and it was the most fun and relaxing experience! the wonderful opticians who helped me out were avion and briana. Their great attitude was the cherry on top that convinced me to get the glasses! An excellent atmosphere will definitely come back.
Just left America's Best in Pearland. Honestly can say that it was great experience all around. Doctor Odreskiel explained things very well and had me laughing. The techs were extremely helpful. I'm not very fashionable and very indecisive. Bella help me pick frames that were ideal for my face, as well as the color. Merian, the Manager, took the time to explain to me the features you can get with your glasses. I had so many questions as many of the things were new to me. She was so patient and even used her personal glasses to show me how transitions work. Thanks to them, I walked out with glasses i really liked and contacts. I highly recommend this location due to the staff and their service.
I had an exceptional experience at my eye exam today! Dr. Tseng truly exceeded expectations - his expertise, patience, and willingness to answer all my questions impressed me. Before Mr. Avion helped me fixing my lens, I visited some places, but because it was not easy to fix them, everybody told me to buy new ones. I really appreciate the time and patience that he took until he finally did it. Thank you, I had a horrible week without my lents, with headaches and mistakes, but not any more. I will not hesitate to get back and recommend such a great service.
I must say that, I could buy new ones, but these ones remember me my father, who passed away and I really wanted to use them again, thank you.
