I hate being one of those people, but here I am wishing I could give this zero stars. The workers here are amazing and super helpful, this has nothing to do with them. I had a lens problem and they fixed it immediately with no hassle. My grievance is solely with America’s Best customer service. Bought very expensive glasses about 2 months ago. Within a week, a piece kept falling off so I took them in store to have them fixed to which I was told to “hot glue” the piece back on at home, fine. I did. But now, 2 months later, I’ve given it chance after chance and have continued to have to hot glue said piece on. Recently contacted customer service, they were very rude and unhelpful. Let this be your warning to not buy the new Florence by Millie Bobby Brown collection, cute but overpriced and defective. I am now out $400 and have to get another pair of glasses without being given a refund since I was out of the 30 day time frame.
America's Best did a wonderful job with me. I had a good experience from my eye exam to choosing my frames. The Staff was helpful & friendly. All my vision questions were answered. They took their time with my concerns, that's important to me.
I was thrilled when I saw they now carry a specific brand Eyewear I was wanting & was able to receive with my prescription lenses!! I do recommend America's Best & I'll definitely be returning in the future! ????
We can't say enough good things about the employees at this store! 1st they called ahead of time letting us know something was amiss with our insurance and they helped me navigate the problem, this was very helpful because we were driving over an hour to go to this particular store. Then the actual in store experience was spectacular, they were informative and very kind. Then when our glasses were ready we were having car trouble and they actually offered to mail them to us!! They came quickly and in very sturdy cases!! The managers, Dr's, and literally all the staff are so friendly and helpful, we won't go anywhere else! Thank you so much for everything you helped us with! We will be back!
Came in this morning in desperate need of getting my glasses fixed as I lost a screw and I need them for work! Tina Marie was so sweet and warm and took care of me within a few minutes!! This was a great experience and the kind that keep me doing business with this organization and specifically this branch in Burleson, Texas!! Thanks you all! I appreciate you!
Sydney is amazing and is very knowledgeable about her job. I loved that she loved her job and it showed. She made my experience nice and easy.
Today was different than any other time I've been! With the help of my exam Dr. and Laura that fixed my glasses,It became so much easier to love my glasses!
I'm so not use to progressive lens so I actually hated my new glasses that were actually super cute!
After my exam I sat down with Laura who took the time to explain my progressive lens to me!
And they were actually bent !
So she fixed them explained all the awesome features and I can actually wear them comfortably!
I may have taken an extra 10-15 mins to learn FOCUS but I will tell you what I haven't set my glasses aside yet!!
Thank you Laura for doing 101 Focus class on me!! I'm super happy! I can't wait for my 2nd pair to make sure I have these instead of my $1.25 Dollar Tree glasses all over my house!! Thank you again!!
Cyndi at America's Best was absolutely the BEST! She went far, far beyond the call of duty to attend to my concerns and needs and as a bonus, she found a way to repair a favorite pair of glasses that I was going to have to discard. She is super fantastic ????
I saw Dr. Tunprasert or Dr. T as she introduced herself. She really took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure I felt comfortable with my prescription. She also went above and beyond to help me when I dropped one of my contacts on the ground and didn't have a backup. Truly the best eye exam I have ever had in over 19 years of wearing glasses. I will be back.
