I had an excellent experience at this store! Everyone was welcoming and knowledgeable. Jessica, who assisted us with my daughter’s glasses, was thorough and provided top-tier customer service. She made sure I felt confident in my choice for my daughter’s glasses, and I left feeling great about my purchase. Highly recommend this place for anyone in need of glasses!
While waiting for my eye exam in June I was pleasantly surprised by your employee’s amazing customer service to a young girl who had to translate the information to her mom who accompanied her to get her glasses. Luckily I was served by the same employee whose name I found out was Jessica….. In a time that good customer service is limited, she is a breath of fresh air. Thanks Jessica and Americas Best.
Upon arrival for my prescription pick-up, I was greeted by Imani. He was very helpful and kind with my visit today. He not only was polite, but professional as well. A lot of businesses have issues with their “younger” employees, but Imani was no issue at all! He was most attentive to my overall comfort, and adjustment to my new prescription. I was asked multiple times, which I favored, because I have a tendency of second guessing myself at times. I will definitely keep coming back to this location, and it’s closer to home. Thanks again for the best service today!
I was very pleased with the friendly atmosphere here. All the staff was very helpful and cheerful. The doctor seemed like she was in a bit of a hurry but she could have just been having a funky day. She was very professional though and seemed like she was well trained.
I came today to pick up my glasses today and Imani and Andrea were so kind and helpful! I enjoyed my experience at America’s Best from the first initial eye appointment to the pick up! Great customer service!!! I will continue to be a patient here!!
All of the staff have been amazing! I absolutely love how many brands and glasses there were to choose from. I just picked up my new glasses today and Imani was so sweet, helpful and amazing!
They never told me my insurance was not in network. And they tried to charge me more for my glasses then what is covered by my insurance because I'm out of network. Also seems like training is lacking because they were switching people out in front of me because the other person didn't know what she was doing. Instead of finishing with me first she just told the other girl to come take over. Then needed the other persons password in order to finish.
I was helped out today by Imani. I went in to pick up my new pair of glasses with new prescription. He gave me so much good information that I didn’t know about at all. I will definitely be returning for my next pair of glasses.
