I cannot recommend America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses. The eye exams was a disappointment. I asked the doctor a question to which his response was; "I don't know, I don't know what it was before".
I ordered glasses, which I'm not happy with. As for the glasses, the man helping me with the adjustment of my glasses was the only person that worked to resolve the issue to be able to use the glasses.
My overall experience was not pleasant, it was dispassionate. Why would I patronize a business that cares so little about their customers.
Great overall experience. The doctor was through but quick and Taliyah was super helpful picking out frames and talking about other options without pressure. Insurance is a help and the 40% off makes it really reasonable.
Tahliyah was very pleasant. Answered all my Questions. She Was fast and accurate. She made sure I got what I wanted at a good price
This was my 2nd exam here as I was here 2 years ago when I first moved back home here to Nashville from Sarasota(but this was my 3rd time ordering glasses bc I ran over a pair back a year or so ago)and this company is top notch. They replaced my glasses that time with no problem so I came back today and Tahliyah helped me and she was the absolute sweetest young lady. She was knowledgeable about the frames and lenses and most of all patient with me!!! Marie was the one who helped with the REMOTE APPT since the dr was not able to be there I had never done a remote appointment for my eye exam, but I have to say I’m thoroughly impressed and would do it again. The entire staff is wonderful.but tahliyah had the absolute best customer service I have ever had ANYWHERE. and Marie made me feel welcome and comfortable w/everything!!!!! I’ll definitely be back!!! -included is a picture of the glasses they replaced that I ran over
Update: the manager reached out and helped correct the issue with my contacts. She was very helpful and wanted to make things right which I appreciated.
Original review: My appointment was nearly an hour after my scheduled time. After putting in the trial pair of contacts the doctor disappeared and never checked if they were comfortable or retested my vision with them in. I went ahead and ordered the prescribed lenses from them and they are uncomfortable and my vision seems worse than it used to be. Also, oddly enough the doctor assumed I needed bifocals due to my age without ever testing for it, just said people after 42 need bifocals...
Bea was perfect! She was polite, friendly and she made me feel comfortable. She explained everything to me in great detail, it's excellent.
I’ve been going here for two years now and have not had any issues Until recently. I wear my glasses every day because I need them to see obviously. When they tell you, your glasses will be there within 14 days. That’s what I expect. I’ve called the store multiple times, and no one seems to know where my glasses are and the 14 days was a week ago. I’m getting very frustrated and not sure if I will ever go back to America’s best because this is outrageous. Every person I talk to says oh we will call you back and then I don’t hear anything.
Tahliyah was very helpful helping me choose a pair of glasses and was excellent at taking care of an insurance situation . Her customer service skills were wonderful .
