I took an entire day off work to be able to come in for an appointment for new contact lenses. Showed up this morning to be told no one was there for my appointment.(i’d like to state the person at the front desk was very nice and professional and they were just doing their job they did nothing wrong) I never got a call or any kind of message beforehand telling me no one would he able to be there for my appointment. Now i’m out an entire day’s pay and have to come back for another appointment and miss another full day of work right before christmas break so i’m able to get contact lenses and see properly, just kind of sucks.
Americas Best did a phenomenal job setting me up! Great prices and friendly service experience. Trish and Adam were professional, efficient and pleasant. Thanks for all the hard work!
I would give them about a 2 1/2, this use to be our favorite location with amazing staff and great customer service. I would now consider it barely average on both fronts. Most are in no hurry to help and almost bothered when they are. Also was quoted for a years worth of contacts, like I always order,received a year for one eye and 6 months for the other. Was told well that’s not what they did, and was offered no option but oh well. Order more for the other eye. Also before they reply, I did contact corporate, going on two weeks with zero response. Sadly we are looking for another store after years of doing business here. But apparently no one there cares!!!
Doctor Lang is amazing! He went out of his way to find me a sample pair of contacts when I told him I hadn't had glasses for a few months now since they broke. I travel a lot, so this was the best time for me to get an appointment!
After I picked out my glasses, Brandon helped me! Not only was he super amazing and helpful, he also informed me that my eye Care club was still active! I was so happy to hear, because I thought it wasn't. I asked if I could schedule another exam for my contacts (I only got eye glasses because I thought I had lost my eye Care club) and he was able to have the doctor add my prescription easily without another appointment!!
A big, huge, bottom of my heart thank you to Brandon, Doctor Lang and everyone at this Americas best. No matter how far I travel, I will come back to this location if I can!
Lens are poor quality, and with proper care, they scratch so badly. It's a repeated issue.
I was told to contact them if I had more issues. Now, this store and corporate refuse to assist in replacements.
My family will not be returning, and I will not recommend it to anyone.

I was contacted by someone at America's Best because of this review, and they still won't assist me. They offered a measly 10%off new lenses when my current lenses have quality control issues. The manager told me to contact them if I had more issues, and I did, and suddenly, they refused to make it right.
Everyone was nice. But I didn’t get any help. The doctor told me that my astigmatism was because I had blue eyes (and nothing would fix that) and my blurry vision was beyond her scope of medicine, and she couldn’t help me.
I felt like she just did not care.
I then had to pay the 80 dollars for 2 pairs of glasses and didn’t even get a prescription.
Tried going here twice. First time I wasn’t allowed to go to my appointment for being 2 minutes late. Was told I was rude and needed to reschedule and show up on time. Okay. This time I’m told I’m with a remote doctor (lol) and they are running 40 minutes late. They can be 40 minutes late but I’m rude for being 2 minutes late. Joke.
We went there to this location more than 3 time we had an excellent experience.
Recently today the 07/17 me and my 9 years daughter to pick up her glasses. After i spend 137$ last week .
My Sale service, his name is Paul
He refuses to hand a heavy duty case for my daughter, after I mentioned to him, we get those last time and they did not last one week . He have to work on his customer service, specially When he deals with young children. My daughter told plz dad let’s not come back here again.so sad to see disappointment on my daughter face.
