Service is great but the sewage smell is horrendous. Please help your employees fix this issue. They are nice but I would quit or ask for a transfer if I had to deal with this everyday. It can't be healthy. I'm nauseous at the smell and I've only been here a short period of time.
Kayla very professional and nice,she took her time and explain the difference in the eye glass strength,all I came in contact with so nice and helpful.The nice lady at front desk help me pick out my glasses.
My prescription wasn't right, they told me I wasn't used to them, because they were new, and to wait 2 weeks.. I did still not right.. I never fought it, and this was years ago.. but I need a new prescription, I remember this experience being so terrible I would never go back.maybe, they have improved.. doubtful
Hands down THE absolute WORST eye dr visit I’ve EVER experienced. Except for the young lady that did the eye pressure test, etc. She was Very sweet & patient with me. Other than that it was HORRIBLE. The “dr” I saw and I couldn’t tell you her name because she never was absolutely horrible. She didn’t listen to a thing. I said she asked me a question and then start mumbling over me. She could hear what I was saying. I have very bad vision and I have since I was 5. I also have very dry eye. I have worn contacts since I was 13. I have NEVER had a problem getting contacts. Explain health history, this woman I don’t even know if she heard a word I said. Four hours and I was told that she wasn’t gonna give me a prescription for contacts. I have no Backup Glasses or contacts. I drive an hr each way to work everyday. I was told the reason she didn’t want to give me contacts was bc she wanted to try to correct my dry eye and vision - huh? I’m almost 50. My sight isn’t going to improve at this point. Not to mention isn’t that what contacts are FOR? To CORRECT bad vision? The dry eye? Well they make contacts for people that have this problem exactly. So I’m very unsure why i am going to have to go blind until I get the time to go to another dr. Not to mention find one with some availability. This place is A JOKE.
I Went early April expecting to get the 2 pairs for adverized price .Not close one pair tripled plus that amount.No 2nd pair .I will say the Doctor i saw was very professional and did outstanding job.Front desk help was ok I suppose but if you dont know answer to a question someone else working there does find out.Do not be abrupt short nor rude.Now i need frame replacements for pair i got not having the 2nd pair youll advertized Even was told by lady when i went in id be getting2 pairs.Not sure if ill be going to back to you or seeking another provider this go around
It’s truly always a terrible experience going there. The worst customer service. The worst attitude from the front desk ladies. Always messing something up. Just go somewhere else, not worth the headache.
Everyone was so helpful and kind, very professional and also very punctual.
I came in without an appointment and they were still able to work me in. Wait time wasn’t bad. Everyone was thorough and professional. Jalynn was super helpful checking me out.
