My mother-in-law and I have always had a great experience here! I have a toddler and when he started making a scene no one made me feel badly about it, instead everyone wanted to help by handing him things to do while we waited - like coloring. The ladies are all so nice and helpful, Diana even went so far as to bring my Mother-in-law her glasses! She doesn't drive so she had asked them to be mailed but she insisted on bringing them to her. Thank you all so much for being such a caring group of people! Definitely recommend this location for great and friendly service.
Busy! They run a little late sometimes (probably more from late patients than their own doing), but staff is awesome, professional, prompt and friendly. You can tell they hustle and handle a ton of traffic but great customer service throughout. Thorough quick exam at a great price.
We got our glasses a couple yrs ago and they honored their 1 yr warranty .
I absolutely had the best “eye day” ever!!! I have to say the girls who greeted us at the door as we entered the building were friendly, conscientious, polite and knowledgeable!! The eye dr was especially kind and answered any questions that i had. i really enjoyed my eye appointment!! Then!! My Mom and I met Tyranny who was so very sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable especially about the insurances!! She helped us pick out ”thee”perfect pairs!! She saved us a lot of money!! And I bought a Third pair of glasses!! Yes, I said third pair of glasses that was all less than $300.00…we absolutely Loved her!! (a gentleman was also working with the ladies that helped us and he was on top of any questions that Tyranny or we had!!) You have awesome employees working at the North Pointe Store!! And It really was a “great eye day at America’s Best!!” Thank you! Linda Baker!
As a patient of many years I AM LEAVING! What a joke of an office now. Their extreme turn over is now reflected in their quality and customer service. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME HERE! Even the office manager is a young person with POOR customer service. Apparent she has 0 management and customer service training or experience.
Staff has always been amazing. Only having one location makes it difficult when you require an in person signature just to order contacts and again to pick them up. It would make it easier on patients to have some electronic way for signatures when using insurance or look into another location easily accessible from any part of town. I have been going to this location for years and recently move across town never realize how much of a hassle it was until now. Spokane isn't a huge town just spread out. Thank you

Kudos to a nice young man named Theo. I am a disabled senior as I standing in line. I decided to sit and he came up and made an appointment for me for the next day. The next day he was there again. after my exam it was hard to stand & select glasses. He got me a chair with wheels and a small mirror to set on the counter. He completed the order for me and even opened the door as I left.
