Unprofessional service from a MANAGER! Not to sure the issue but my husband came in for an eye exam and was treated poorly about being 2 minutes over the grace period but had stood there for a few minutes waiting in line.
After he was checked in by the nice and professional front desk staff as we were escorted to the back a manager grabs the chart and says very loud and rudely “ 12 minutes” strict! It was explained that he was in line that “2” extra minutes.
After we see in the back she continued to discuss the incident on an unprofessional manner.
When it was time to pick glasses this same manager was assigned to Assist us and I thought it was a good time to just share my experience and the uncomfortableness I felt being with my husband who is a paying customer. She was very rude and shrugged her shoulder over and over as I spoke.
There was a second manager who helped us in the end she was very nice.
Bad service run customers away!!
Visited Loucks Rd York Pa location on Tuesday to look for new glasses. Savannah Dave outstanding customer service and helped me find what I needed quickly. This is extraordinary as I need a temple length that is fairly uncommon and past experience has always been “ you can look at what is there , there should be a few” . Savawnnah knew where to look, listened to what I was looking for and then searched the compute4 for those styles that are made in that length and then searched for a pair that was supposedly in store and finally located them in a drawer where I would never have had an opportunity to look. Finally someone that understands customer service and takes it seriously.

Savannah was wonderful to work with! She provided her knowledge on the frames and lenses I selected and answered my questions. Savannah made my first time buying glasses for myself an experience to tell others about!
Shannon was fantastic. My wife went into get different glasses because the ones she purchased wasn’t right. Shannon said no need to purchase new ones we will fix these. She didn’t charge her for the new ones. She was a great help and wonderful to work with.
This is the worst place I’ve ever been to. The front ladies are HORRIBLE. The doctor inside is nice, besides that everyone else is rude. When I came here in, the older lady receptionist asked my name to check me in, but then she got a call in her personally phone and sat there talking to her husband for 5 minutes, she did not even apologize after hanging the phone up. As someone who is part of the health care team, I am very disappointed with the customer service this place provides. I only came because it’s close to my house, and I also bought my sister and she had a worse experience than I did. I will never be coming back to this place ever again. The employees here need to learn how to respect their customers.
Should have read these reviews before scheduling an appointment. My visit took forever, even though I had an appointment. The contacts they gave me make my vision worse. Called to let them know, went back for re exam. They didn't have trial contact for one eye in the new script. They insisted the glasses were a different script and should be correct. I can't see at all with them on, they make my vision worse. So two visits and I'm still wearing my old glasses.
Go to the one in Lancaster city. They are very professional. When choosing glasses 2 of the ladies where making fun of a hispanic lady who seemed to be challenged because of her clothes, they were laughing remembering what they used to call people who dressed like that when they went
to school. They also seemed irritated about doing their job, avoiding contact with customers. I received the littlest service they could spare. When picking up my glasses. The lady didn't have a case for me, didn't ask any questions, she was dismissive. Yet the white lady she was taking care of before me recieved full service, face to face conversation and assurance on how HER glasses felt. The worst experience ever. The receptionist, an older lady was wonderful.
Why would this already subpar doctors office be closed on Sundays??? This must be a new update which makes no sense bc I have only two days out of the week to get my prescription as they keep it in the store. And now I have to find time out of my busy week to go get my prescription??? The people who work here are not nice and are very slow in processing anything. An extra day off during the perfect day people run errands makes 0 sense to me.
