I cannot recommend this place enough. Bin and Wendy were absolutely wonderful. I was having a few issues on my end and a hell of a day and those ladies were extremely helpful and efficient in sorting me out. Same with the optometrists. No hassle and pain free. 11/10
Being self employed most of my life America's Best has been amazing. I have worn glasses and contacts for 30 years the Owl club is well worth it.
Arrived with an appointment for new glasses but I thought and told the front assistant that I was pretty sure I had a prescription from under 2 years ago. Instead of checking and making sure and not telling me if it was expired I'd have to get a new prescription in order to get glasses, she cancels the appointment and informs me to go ahead and pick out what I want, the techs will help me when I'm done. I spent 30mins picking out the perfect pairs just to sit down and be told my prescription expired in March this year.....that I shouldn't have canceled and I'll have to make another appointment for a different day.....
Americas best is an amazing place to find great deals on something some of us need to function in everyday life. Just don't go to THIS location. It Would have ruined me from ever going back if I haven't had 10+years of getting glasses here.
My husband & I visited on a Saturday for an exam & lenses each. We were in and out in 1 hour and had a great experience. Larissa was super helpful, informative, and friendly. Everyone we encountered there was great to deal with. Great overall experience & good prices.

I was very happy with my former optometrist, but they did not accept my Wellcare insurance so I went to America's Best for my annual exam. I looked at their website and the Marysville location listed over 20 practicing optometrists. Apparently they rotate different locations. My optometrist spent maybe ten minutes with me giving me a very quick and basic exam which was stark contrast to my previous doctor who routinely spent 20 to 30 minutes with a careful and thorough exam. When I returned a week later to have my follow up appointment (contact lenses) there was a different doctor who seemed distracted and made me feel like he was rushing me out. This place is a high volume operation and I don't feel like I got a complete exam. I'll be searching for a different facility next year.
Great experience! Everyone was friendly and helpful, on time, and affordable. Kimmy was so helpful picking frames I couldn't have picked without her! Highly recommend if you need to pay out of pocket. I definitely didn't get 2 pair for $79 but that's because I got progressives not single vision lenses which obviously costs more.
This is a fabulous place. I used to steer clear of them because the one in Lynnwood had botched my prescription a few years back. However, I've been using the Marysville location for a couple of years now and I've never been disappointed. Friendly, great customer service, and an awesome selection of glasses.
